The Nutri-Most Fat Loss Program WORKS!!! I am so happy I spent the money to start the program. I went through two rounds from June to Dec and have been maintaining 50 pounds of lost weight. I dont mind being in photos now and I am healthier then ever. This isnt a diet - it is a life style change that works. START the plan - prepare 5-6 different veggies, meats for the week to pick from - take them with you to work - school-vacation. Drink at least 32 oz. of water before you leave the house - carry a water bottle with you everywhere you go. Before you leave the house - work-a restaurant - go to the bathroom, this helps with the concerns of not finding a bathroom and fears of not wanting to drink when out. If you FAIL to plan, you PLAN to fail. The plan is worth the money... but you have to want it to work. - START TODAY for a Change for the rest of your LIFE. THANKS SO MUCH DOCTOR!! and NURSES that were there to answer my questions!! LOVE YA!!
