This is an update from the review below. :) :) :) First of all, I am very grateful for Management && everyone in this office. (William & Oscar) THANK YOU SO MUCH. After the bad experience I had initially with Antoine Dental, I have to say is this office cares for everyone that walks through there door. Not many companies make up for there mistakes, But I believe they did much more than that.The office provided me with my wisdom teeth extraction treatment for FREE. Till this moment I cant believe it. ( Just the Pain remains me that its real) :) Believe me when I say there are good people out there and many of them are present at Antoine Dental. I will be returning for my braces. :) Once again THANK YOU ANTOINE DENTAL. ______________________________________________________________________ If there was a negative star I would give it. The service here is really bad. The front staff is friendly but the rest lacks professionalism. I had a appointment set for 4 pm. Arrived at 3:55. Completed the paper work turned it in. Waited ... and waited... and waited... Around 5:15 I asked one of the girls in the front how much longer I would have to wait. She said about 30 more mins. I asked her what is the point of a appointment. She turn me over to a supervisor. The supervisor apologized for the wait told me that I would be next. I heard her ask one of the assistants to take my x-rays and she walked away. The guy then began to argue with other guy. Fighting over who is working faster and more. Like seriously. All of this in front of me. After the supervisor told him to take my x-rays. I still waited another 30 mins. By this time its 5:45. Almost a 2 hour wait. THIS IS CRAZY.... During all of this my face was swollen and I was in terrible pain due to my wisdom teeth. THERE IS MUCH MORE I CAN COMPLAIN ABOUT I JUST DONT WANT TO KEEP ON TYPING. I wont ever recommend this place. Avoid it if you can.

eveyone has nice reviews of this place but dont let it fool you in December i went for a check up for braces my insurance doesnt cover it they told me about this plan they have to apply for it see if i qualify for payment plans for braces i got a letter 2 weeks later i had gotten aproved i started getting bill statements that i was behind on payments i called the place from where i was getting billed they told me i had a bill of 3,500 for braces i was like what? lady i dont got braces i never went ahead with the treatment my credit got messed up and they told me that Antoine had received the money but every one at work goes here and they share some very not positive reviews my roomate wnet last friday to get her wisdom teeth pulled out n the front desk told her she dint have insurance when she has always gone there he had taken her name wrong and was charging her 600 at the end he figured out the mistake when then told her she needed another type of cleaning for her teeth she told him i need the one my insurance covers n he told her u dont need it n he told her maybe if you brushed your teeth right you wouldnt be needing the expensive cleaning!!! so horrible horrible service i could keep going!!

Primero que nada quiero mencionar que me encanta esta clínica por 3 razones 1 me gusta la atención al cliente. Todo el personal es muy amable y atentos desde que me reciben en el lobby (me gusta la idea que te traigan un menú para ellos saber que necesitas agua, te, una bolita para el estres, la television, hasta una cobija pequeña x si tienes frio) Los doctores muy profecionales y dedicados en el trabajo 2. Sus instalaciones son bien espaciosas y bien organizadas según el trabajo dental que se necesite. 3. Muy accesible a la carretera y sus horarios perfectos hasta las 6 pm :) El mejor dentista que pude encontrar.

Buyer beware. I went to Antoine Dental for the free x-ray and braces consultation. Although we had an appointment we waited for over one hour and 30 mins to be seen past our appt time. Although, the staff was pleasant the wait was very inconsiderate. Two weeks later, I receive a bill from insurance that paid out Antoine Dental for the supposedly FREE...but not so free consultation. My mother also went to them for general cleaning because her dentist was on vacation. The dentist told her she had 11, not one but 11 cavities. Please take into consideration my mother does not eat sugary foods, doesnt eat candy, chew gum, or drink soda. She goes to her regular dentist three times a year, brushes and flosses twice a day. My mother was in total disbelief and decided to get a second real opinion from her regular dentist after he came back from vacation. Guess how many cavities she had.....drum roll please....NONE. Steer clear of this place. I shelled out over $800 dollars out of pocket for my daughter root canal, and now Im questioning whether it was truly necessary. We are writing a formal complaint to the board of dentistry and the BBB.

ANTHONY AND TAMERAAAA! I chose this olace because the Dentist graduated from my Alma Mater, Texas Southern University. My experience from start to present 1. Sweet, polite ladies at the front desk, ready and willing to answer any questions they can. 2. I got in for my 12pm appointment i wa seen by 12:14, got my denatal scans done for my consultation 3. My Dental Liason Anthony was SOOOO delightful, and knowledgeable. Every question i had (and I had several)he answered swiftly. Pretty much held my hand through the whole process as I decided on whether I wanted braces, the payment arrangements and scheduling process. 4. Got my cleaning done, it was on to getting the gear. 5. Tamera!!!! She was hilarious, as she placed the brackets on my teeth, she engaged me in conversation-time flew by. She was quick with the spacers. Placed all 8 in my mouth in less than the time it takes for a Bruno Mars song to finish. Taught me how to brush, floss, maintain, and discussed the importance of timing and keepinh up with appointments. The whole process 12:14-2:45... there was a bit of waiting involved but they have Netflix. I cant wait to see them again.

Mi cita en Antonie Dental Center fue maravillosa. Desde que llegué me trataron de lo mejor. Antes de mi chequeo bucal, me dieron un tour por las instalaciones de la Clinica. Recibí un muy buen trato cuando me estaban haciendo el chequeo, tanto de parte de la enfermera como del mismo dentista. A diferencia de otros lugares, no tuve molestias ni tampoco dolor, fue un muy buen trabajo. Gracias a todo el personal de Antonie Dental Center por todas sus atenciones y espero volver porque sí saben como tratar a los clientes. Recomiendo ampliamente esta Clinica Dental.........

Having a great disdain for the dentist office due to a very bad experience as a child, .teen an adult, I was completely blown away at my awseome experienxe at Antoine .For starters as soon as I entered the office I was warmly greeted with smiles and hellos. I truly received first class , five star treatment as a new patient. Fast forward one year and Im still receiving that same first class treatment.Only now its at their new location. A well designed state of the art facility with all the comforts of home except a bed !!! The entire staff has been exceptionally kind, professional and patient with a former friightened dental patient.Just to name a few of the great staff workers are Walter..and Vianey who really went above and beyond , securing my comfort while addressing my fears and concerns to make my experience a successfully fabulous !!!!! Trs I would and will continue to reccommend anyone in need of a dentist to Antoine Dental Center.Thankyou all for rest i ring my smile and riding almost 50yrs of fear going to the dentist.
