The office MANAGER (Tonya)has HORRIBLE customer service skills and it reflex in how her staff treats the customers as well. We had been taking all 3 of our kids there and it was great at first but, then the dentist advised us that our seven year old little girl needed some kind of plastic mouth pieces to try and fix her teeth that are not even crooked yet. So they told us the price and they all told us about the different payment plans for the $4700.00 that they wanted and we were like cool.Well the type of business that I am in I meet alot of people and happen to have about 4 dentist and orthodontist that are my customers so i started asking them about these procedure that they wanted us to due with my little girl and they all had the same response to me (Get a Second Opinion). So I had my wife contact Waterway Dental and tell them that we would like to get a second opinion and if we could get our deposit back since we had not recieved anything for the treatment yet and they gave her the run around on the refund and ect. Long story short I had to get on the phone with Tonya and after she got rude with me we both came to a agreement that I will be getting my deposit back and that I will not take my kids there or recommend them to anybody. I should have known that it was going down the hill with customer service when an employees 3 kids kept barging into the office while my wife and I where trying to figure out what payment plan we wanted to go with. DO NOT GO THERE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVER PRICED AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Horrible terrible dentists!! I took my then 6 year old there for 2 fillings. Over the course of a year the 2 fillings fell out twice. After the 3rd time returning there was an African lady dentist there that wanted to do caps. I think she got her dental degree from a witch doctor in Africa! She insisted that he did not need gas even though he was very nervous. She started to work on him and he complained that it hurt. She kept saying it doesnt hurt you just feel pressure. She then left for 30 minutes and came back to give him another injection. This proccess she repeated for 6 hours while I stood by the table because no one offered me a chair. She kept leaving for very long periods of time then coming back and giving him more injections over and over. After tormenting my son for almost 6 hours she told me I needed to come back another day because he was too upset. I told her theres no way I am bringing him back to you after this. She finally agreed to let him breath the gas they had and after that finished the job in 15 minutes. My son is scarred for life. She was also laughing with one of the helpers there because she said she learned a lesson about giving little kids gas. She also botched the job because months later he developed a terrible infection in the gums around the crowns and another dentist that looked at them said he couldnt believe what she had done. And now they are tring to get more money out of me after I paid the copay already. I feel like suing the hell out of those people. Do not take your kids there.

I was so grateful to find a practice that cared about their patients. The staff was wonderful and super friendly. Dr. Siu is who we saw and this was my sons first "real" visit with the dentist. My son has special needs and he as well as our Hygienist took their time and let me explain what works and doesnt work for him and were so patient with my son. Also still tried to make conversation with him even though he doesnt really talk back. Dr. Siu was able to still conduct his evaluation even though my son fussed. He took his time and moved to what was comfortable my son. He surpassed my now "old" Pediatric Dentist (with whom we have been with for 10 years with my older sons) that would barely touch my youngest just because he fussed. He was knowledgeable and thorough which I love. A Huge Thank You to him and the Office Manager Mrs. Waits and all the staff I met there! You certainly made a much dreaded appointment go smoothly!

Took my boys for a cleaning and the hygenists were critizicing how dirty my kids teeth were. They were so unprofessional. Then the began to critize the patient on the next operatory next to where my kids were. At time of xray, the hyginiest did not bother to put a lead apron on my kids for protection. I questioned that, she gave me a lame excuse saying that the exposure is minimal, that we get more exposure outside and that she had an xray taken when pregnant and did not need a lead apron for protection. When hyginiest brought out instruments out of the other room, they were opened out of package, so i have no idea if those instruments were sterile! Also, she did not wear a mask while working on my kids. Was not taking precautions herself! This was the worse place..I will NEVER go there again.

I just moved to the Woodlands and tried out Waterway Dental. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! I went to see this dentist and it took them 3 hours and 2 broken machines to take a standard x-ray of my teeth. I had to come back a few hours later before they could do any work. The dentist either didnt use enough anesthetic or didnt get the right area because she had to go back twice before the area was ready to be worked on. The work preformed has taken weeks to heal when my old dentist had my mouth back to normal in 3-4 days. The people there were nice and polite but have broken equipment and limited dental knowledge. DO NOT USE!

CAN I GIVE 10 STARS??? Dr. John Siu has definitely been the best Dentist in that office or any other office Ive ever been to! Excellent bed side manners, very patient with kids and doesnt mind explaining anything to you! Thank you for taking such good care of my kids and myself yesterday 7-24-2017! Hes definitely there for his patients and not the money! After going in, I cant say enough good stuff about him! Thanks again and we will see you in 3 months!

Then new dentist here is horrible she just pulled my sons tooth and he started crying when he should have felt anything. She just continued to say it was pressure from the thooth being pulled when he had a tooth pulled last year and didnt even cry so unprofessional. Dont take you children here find another dentist.

The staff is great. Called last minute and they were able to see me right away. They worked with me to set up a payment plan so i could get all of my treatment done the same day. I would recommend them to anyone for dental treatment.

I have been taking my son there for a while now and he loves the Dr there.We have always had a great time there,everyone there has always been very nice.And the place has always been very clean. I would tell people to use them.

These people on on top of it here. I had no wait for my appointment and they are thorough. Its hard to find a good dental office. I recommend them any day of the week. Thank you see you in 3 months.
