I came here because of a severe toothache I had been dealing with for 3 days. I was in an extreme amount of pain and of course wasnt happy when they told me it would be a 4-5 hour wait. Let me say that not only were they extremely accommodating while I was waiting but they went out of their way to make sure I got back sooner. I waited for about 3 hours in complete agony during which they gave me a numbing agent and a pain reliever to help ease my discomfort. When I went back the girl that did my x rays was extremely gentle and polite. She made sure she wasnt being to rough where I was hurting where other people in the past couldnt care less. I then had a girl come in and examine my mouth that was so sweet and easy on me. After I was examined I spoke to another girl that was going over with me what my options were between getting a root canal or just extracting the tooth. She explained all of the pros and cons between each and answered all of my questions patiently. I ended up opting for the extraction for financial reasons but she made every effort to see if they could help me go for the root canal. In the end extraction was my only option so of course I was terrified. I probably asked a million questions about the pain and how long it would take. She told me that it was a maximum of twenty minutes. In the end Dr. Beam came in and if you could gently remove a tooth she did it! It took all of two minutes and she walked me through all the steps as she did it. I am so pleased with them that I will be using them as my permanent dentist office from now on.Thank you guys so much for being so nice and accommodating while Im sure I was a nuisance :)

My daughter and I have been patients here for years on and off. We have had good visits and a few frustrations when our appointments were cancelled due to lack of staff, however, this visit was way different from any. The team ImmediaDent has at its Louisville Dixie office is amazing! They work so well together. Dr. Shatton seems to be a perfectionist who knows his stuff, and because he expects perfection, his team meets those expectations. They seem to enjoy working with him. Betsy, the Hygienist is wonderful our teeth look amazing. I am in public speaking so its definitely important that my teeth look amazing and she did not disappoint. The two women at the front desk had great customer service, even dealing with an irate customer whom which, I would have thrown out. Last but not least Nicole, Dental Assistant. I could right an article on how great she was, she should definitely advance her career in dentistry, ImmediaDent would be crazy not to hold on to her and push her to move up in their company. Although, we had to been seen two days in a row because my (teenager) had so many cavities, I rate our visits as Excellent because they were. If you have to wait a hour or more its because they are not rushing through their patients sending them out half done. So Wait! Thank you to all the Louisville Dixie staff for treating us amazing and calling to check on us.

The staff was great. As for the dentist, far from it. I had to wait two hours, in severe pain. I went for my wisdom teeth, which one could of been pulled but she said she wanted to wait and have it cut out. Which I didnt understand. I havent slept in 24 hours nor have I ate. Over the counter meds arent working. I told her that. She said they are ready to come out. I was in so much pain during the x-rays I was crying. They picked and poked at my gum as well as my tooth. Which mind you made my pain go from 25-1000 really quick. Still nothin for pain. I left feeling worse then I felt before I even went. If I wanted to hurt more I would of just stayed home. Then she referred me to a few different oral surgeons. They are all booked until Oct. So a whole month in this kind of pain?! I have a tooth in the back that needed to be pulled she said she didnt want to do that today. Oh also there was people who came in (actually had appointments for tooth extraction) she turned them away as well. I dont understand, you call yourself a doctor but send our patients home in more pain then they was already in before they even came . I have a appointment to go back which I am not. I Will stick to my regular dentist who actually cares about his patients and their pain. Wasted a whole Damn day....

I made an appointment here because I had a wisdom tooth coming in side ways and my jaw was in constant pain. Instead of treating me for it, they said they would have to treat the molars in front of it first. So I let them fill 2 molars and they sent me on my way. A week later, I have intense pain in my molar and they tell me I have to pay $1000 for a root canal our have it pulled. Not being able to afford such a large amount, I opt to have it pulled. A few days later, I have worse pain, so I come back. Turns out the second molar they filled also needs a root canal. So because of some wisdom tooth pain, I ended up with two molars being pulled because if fillings fine bad. Each appointment took a minimum of 4 hours. This place is the worst. The staff is friendly enough, but theyre so pressed for money, theyll do anything to get it, including destroying your mouth. This is not an urgent care. Dont come here.

Been here a few times, they struck out with me this time. Came in as a walk-in on a Wednesday morning with a broken tooth, swollen gums, and extreme pain. They said with all the walk-ins and appointments they could get me in Sunday morning. There were TWO walk-ins in the waiting area. Nobody wants to wait four days when enduring extreme pain. Not to mention, the last time I visited, I waited for four hours in the waiting area for 4 hours before I was tended to. So this time I rolled down the road to Aspen Dental were I was seen immediately. No more ImmediaDent for me since they are anything but immediate.

Staff was very nice and friendly, the Kiosk to register was easy to use. My appt was at 5:00 PM and my wait was 1 hour, no big deal, I was taken back to the area to be treated and the faux wood flooring was filthy dirty, along with teh base boards and the lowere walls. The rolling chair the Dentist sits in was also dirty. I was looking a the hanging tools that they will be putting the drills in to put in my mouth and they appeared dull, not clean and shiny like my Dentist tools look when I can get to his office. I could not stay, I got up and walked out.

I made a 9am appointment for a filling, by 1:30pm, I finally had my filling and could leave. They said when I got there that their computers were down and the home office was working on it. I had pain and am leaving for a month on a trip, so I really needed this taken care of or I would have left. Almost caused me to miss a meeting with a potential customer. I gave them two starts because they seemed pretty professional otherwise, but four and a half hours for a filling is unacceptable.
