The quality of dentistry is good. However, I found the billing practices to be most irregular. They require payment for services at the time of service. I had two consecutive days visits. Because of the cost of the first day, and working without a limitless supply of cash, I asked what the cost of my follow up appointment would be. The person representing themselves as an insurance "expert," I only say this because she(not sure of the name, older lady with died black hair) say the services would run approximately $200. When I arrived she was out for the day, and after being presented with a $1000 bill for services, I said their must be a mistake. The person filling in, said they had made an error and good news, it would only cost $700. I had no choice but to pay the money. Ive never reviewed any business on google , but to add insult to injury, I received a call they had made an error in the billing that resulted in a refund of $186. In the same sentence, I was notified that this was in error, they had stopped payment on the check, and they owed me 80 cents. Based on all of the above I would ensure I had in writing my cost. I wont question their ethics, its Gods job to judge not mine. That being said, if you decide to go there, better be sure you know all of your costs going in or you may be in for a big shock, if your experience was like mine. IF this wasnt the case of a bait and switch tactic, then its darn near close.
