I had my wisdom teeth out last year and it was the worst experience ever! I was already nervous about getting my teeth cut out but the assistants were not comforting at all they come and got me and were rude and I thought ok maybe it was just that one girl but it was all of them and Dr. mark wasnt any better then them I was already crying cause they were being so rude to me they jabbed the needle in my arm and didnt tell me the things they were doing the prepair me for sedation and when I woke up she grabbed my arm and jerked me and told me to get up and I was still out of it. I would never recommend anyone to go there unless you just want your teeth out cheap

Had an appointment here for over a month. Told them my address on three different occasions and still after 40 minutes of sitting in their waiting room they come out and let me know that they do not take people that live in my town. That its too far if after my surgery I have complications. Now I understand this but it would have been nice to get the heads-up before I drove an hour and 20 minutes to get there. Very dissatisfied!

Terrible experience.. jaw bone is all busted up.. pushing up into my sinuses.. the side of my nose is still numb six months later. The bone is so busted up under my upper lip that it is deformed and sticks out. Charged me for a surgical removal of teeth when he just ripped them out.. gums still hurt from bones sticking out.

I have been under his care 2 times, one time to cut a wisdom tooth and a molar out. The second was to cut a top molar out. Both times him and his staff was top notch. Dr. Allen is the only dentist I would ever want to go to. Not saying the rest are bad, but for me Dr. Allen is the one I will always choose to see.

The staff was so rude!! It took them an 1.5 hrs to call my name, which is ridiculous. Who has time for this, right?? Ppl, just dont forget that you have choices and you deserve to receive the best care possible.
