I came in with 3 abscess, my whole left side of my face is swelled up, after waiting almost a hour to be seen he came to see me for 5 mins said I need all my teeth removed right now. I said no I dont want any teeth removed until the infection is gone and I want to go to a oral surgeon to get it done thats when the girl that works for him started getting rude and seemed upset that I wasnt gonna let them remove all my teeth. Which I just got another opinion a few months b4 and was told most could be saved. But he didnt even give me that option or even explain my options to me! Just said they all need to come out an left an I never saw him again! Then when I asked for antibiotics for the infection the girl acted like she didnt know what was going on and said she didnt know if I had an infection or not even tho my face was swelled up and he told me I did. Finally after trying to find him for 20 mins she gave me my script but could tell she had a attitude about it. Only reason I gave 2 stars is bc the staff was great! Besides that one main girl. Wont be going back.

Absolutely horrible. Would give negative stars if possible. I went for one tooth, they took out 4! Completely mangled my mouth, totally screwed up my insurance so after this visit I had to pay out of pocket for any dental work for a year! And to top it all off, they didnt even bother to give me any antibiotics! When I called the next day and asked for some the girl told me "we pulled the infected tooth and that gets rid of the infection". Um...No it doesnt! Where do you people get your degrees?! A week later I had to go to another dentist to fix everything they messed up! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! Pay the money for a real, decent dentist or go to the students at UofL! This place is a nightmare!

The staff and dentist at ImmediaDent were excellent. My husband was in tremendous pain from what was thought to be a split tooth or root damage, etc. After a thorough examination the dentist determined that while there could possibly be an underlying tooth problem the immediate problem is a severe sinus infection. He prescribed an antibiotic, was told to give it 3-4 days to let it work and if there is still a tooth ache to come back and they would take the necessary steps to offer relief. Instead of gouging and guessing this guy took extra steps to make sure the problem can be corrected right the first time. The front office staff and hygentist were wonderful and compassionate as well!!

Dr. Kenneth Wach at the New Albany, Indiana office is great! I have reached a point where I have needed quite a bit of work done and Dr. Wach has been excellent. I have had to ask very few questions because he talks you through everything he is doing. The staff is great as well. The hours are excellent for a busy schedule, as well as the fact they are open 7 days a week. My first visit was as a "walk-in" patient and my wait time was fairly short. I would recommend this location to anyone in the "Kentuckiana" area!!!

I have had some unsatisfactory experiences at other Dental Offices before so I went in pretty skeptical & nervous, to say the least. However, from the moment I entered the staff was very kind & hospitable. I didnt wait too long. I felt welcome & comfortable. I ended up having a root canal done, although a lengthy precedure, they made sure I felt zero pain. In addition, they were thorough, gentle, & accomodating. I will be returning & most importantly I am confident in having a pleasant Dental experience!

Horrible. Sat there for 4 hours after my appointment with two back with dentist. My wife and kids were in the car for almost 7 hours. They tried telling me I needed a lot more done that I didnt, and when I told them they couldnt they went behind my back and asked my wife, luckily by that time she was so pissed. Plus they gave me the lowest dose of pain medicine, AND TOOK OUT WISDOM TEETH!! Im 65, they shouldve known it wouldnt even phase me. Will NEVER GO BACK

change your name to immediate payday Told them I had no insurance they said the exam was going to cost $193 I said no problem took me in the back took xrays about 10 minutes doctor came in for about 3 finance nurse came in for two told me I need four teeth pulled $247 a tooth ask me if I was going to be in cash I said nope all I wanted was my tooth pulled and they couldnt give me that not even 20 minutes in place I paid almost $200 walk out the door

My husband was in pain from a wisdom tooth and they were able to get him in same day with little to no wait time. He is super leery of dentists and did not want to make multiple trips to have his work completed so they were able to no only remove his wisdom tooth but did all his fillings and cleaning in one trip! They even called him the day after treatment to check on him! We were very happy and loved our Dr. We will returning for sure!

We started going there a few years ago. Our family didnt have a dentist in the area, and I thought that it would be a temporary solution for us. I have had nothing but good luck, and have continued going back. The downside is that they have changed dentist a couple of times. The positive is the hours that they are open. I have always made an appointment, and my wait time is no longer than it would be anywhere else.

Terrible people my girlfriend had to go in to get a temp filling till we could do see our normal dentist she has bad anitity and they would not let me back there. She also has a terriable fear of needles and the told her they would have to numb her just to but the placer on her tooth. She ended up leaving in a crying mess because of them. Would not recamend them to to people I hate.

My fiance was visiting family in the area and was in need of a quick dental visit for relief from tooth pain. It has been over 3 months and 7 appointments since the initial visit, and the problem is still not solved! I wouldnt recommend this business to anyone!

I went in with the worst tooth pain of my life. They got me in immediately and I ended up having a root canal done. They were gentle , thorough , and very informative. I couldnt have had a better experience here. Everyone is so kind and caring.

Scam insurance for xrays. Refused to fix teeth on follow up only want insurance money. Overlooked things that could have been fixed at time. Beware!
