Four years ago I was a patient of Dr. Kodalis when she was with another dermatology office. The thing that impressed me the most about Dr. Kodali is that I felt she genuinely cared about making my skin better. Fast forward to December 2011. I was having a flare up of adult cystic acne and was feeling pretty helpless; then I remembered how great Dr. Kodalis services had been. I had to track Dr. Kodali down since she started her own practice, but I was promptly set up with an appointment (I loved that I didnt have to wait a month to see her). Its now been four months and my skin is looking great. Ive also recommended Dr. Kodali to my teenage cousin, and she is seeing similar results. Responding to the reviewer who said the appointment was rushed - yes, the appointments can be pretty quick. However, I appreciate this as I usually schedule my appointments around my lunch hour. And although the appointment is fast, I never feel like Dr. Kodali doesnt care about providing me with the care that I want. Also, four years ago when I was crying in her exam room because I was frustrated and depressed about having acne at 26, she listened and didnt rush me out of the room. Ive had many dermatologists over the years, and oftentimes they act bored when faced with having to deal with acne (the old "Here comes another acne case"). Dr. Kodali has never made me feel like just because my condition is cosmetic it doesnt matter, and I really appreciate that.

My first impression from the receptionist over the phone was very cold, as I asker her how long the initial consultation lasted and she gave an audible sigh. Wow, I thought that this was a normal question that someone with a business schedule would ask. Then the Doctor and her assistant followed with a similar "cold" and non-engaging treatment. I can honestly say that they never said hi or goodbye and I was treated very poorly. About the only good thing to come from the appointment was a solid diagnosis of my skin condition. I guess, I was looking to feel comfortable and respected at the same time (especially after paying nearly $100 for the consult). If you have any reservations after the initial conversation with the receptionist....Dont go to this doctor...or the closing greeting will be "go down the hall and pay before you leave." No thank you or have a great day. I hope that this provides someone that expects a doctor to treat both the symptom and patient with the same respect a straight forward review. I believe that both a tantamount to a great dermatology experience. Thank You for reading my thought on the experience.

This dermatologist office is IMHO substandard. The building and the offices are nice. But the doctor did not understand what I needed. I also needed some paperwork from them for my insurance, and I have been down there several times to get it. I still have yet to see the paperwork. They gave me a quote for a medical service, but failed to mention hidden fees, and so I am now stuck with a bill that I did not know about, and was not informed of. Overall, they may be decent, and not as cold as Tim makes them out to be, but they sure arent great by ANY means. Save your time, and visit another doctor.

Made an appointment weeks ago. They asked for my insurance and I told them the company and everything was okay. I go in for my appointment weeks later and they tell me they accept my brand of health insurance but but not this specific one and that Ill have to pay out of pocket. Like why didnt you say anything weeks ago when I made my appointment and told you about my insurance?!

I was very impressed by the atmosphere & attitude of the employees here. Everyone was nice & seemed to care about my skin. I got a little dizzy during my procedure. The people there were great. They provided me with water & didnt leave my side until they knew I was better. I really liked this place & would recommend them to my friends.

What an amazing office. The whole staff, from checking in to checking out, were extremely nice. Dr. Kodali and her staff listened to what my daughter and I had to say, fixed our issues and invited us back only if we thought we needed to be seen again. Dr. Kodali and her staff are worth recommending to family and friends.

Front desk girls are very rude. I was billed for my visit and then when I called to pay, had more charges than I was billed for. Then was sent a receipt for the incorrect amount. Poorly managed office. Terrible customer service.

I really like Dr. Kodali. Her assistant is really great too! Very friendly staff, from the front office to the back. Clean office and exam rooms. I have recommended Dr. Kodali to several others and they like her too!

Treated pleasantly and profesionally at every visit. I have never experienced the coldness or rudeness mentioned by others. In fact, the opposite. I will continue to refer Dr. Kodali to friends and family.
