Purchased a Groupon for a couple photofacials and botox to test the place out as I have been looking for a good med spa. I have had photo facials done in the past but upon going here; my appt from the time of arrival to leaving was about 10 mins total for the photofacial and botox appt. Had I known it was going to be a spot treatment photofacial on a few areas for both of my apptointments instead of a full photo facial I would have never spent the money. The tech didnt explain anything, I had to ask questions. Even with the fact of having a photofacial done previously somewhere else its her job to be informative as she didnt know that I had had it done before. Staff was very cold shouldered. As for the Botox it was the same and this procedure i had never hadid done before. There was no paperwork, no questions asked, nothing signed. Wont be going back!

Beautiful med spa and the friendliest staff Ive ever encountered! I went there to get lip injections and since it was my first time, I had a lot of questions and concerns. The staff were so helpful and made me feel very comfortable while I was there. Dr. Amir was the one who actually did my lip injections and Im obsessed wih the outcome.The small needle he used didnt even leave a mark. I had slight swelling the day after but it gradually went down. I highly recommend going to Juvia Med Spa especially for lip injections. Thanks to Dr. Amir, I now have perfectly plump lips that look so natural. I will definitely be going back to see him once I need to get them re-done in a year or so!

I bought a Groupon for a photo facial. I feel like I was treated as a Groupon customer and unfortunately they gave me no incentive to ever return there again. The staff was not very welcoming. The procedure lasted less than 10 minutes and was never explained to me. The lady that performed the procedure didnt even introduce herself to me. Afterwards I found out that I should have been concerned about doing this procedure while on antibiotics. I was never asked about that and I was on antibiotics. I was also never asked to sign anything before the procedure. I had somebody tell me that I definitely shouldve signed some as this is that considered a medical procedure.

They NEVER answer the phone when I call. Ive been trying to reach the office for over 2 months now to reschedule an appointment after missing my last one because I was so afraid to go back. The girl that treated me for Laser hair removal burned me by hitting my tattoo with the laser which completely removed my ink from the place of the tattoo. i have trying to call to speak to some also regarding this experience and no one has yet to return my phone calls or voicemails.

I was confused when I made the booking.However, I received amazing care and advice from here. Diane and Genna are very courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable.I cam here for botox and fillers and the result of it was outstanding. I will come here again for sure. Everything is pretty awesome:)

This place is great for Botox but the front desk girl has no customer service, shes rude and when trying to purchase additional services she was not helpful so I ended up not buying more things I wanted. I wont be going back
