Thats all this center is - Aesthetic, superficially glamorous image, ratings and hype based off of kindness (Kind staff). Went here thinking it would be different, that I wouldnt just be told to be put on acutane or offered injections (which I did not do), they were reluctant to do any treatment of actual issues I brought up by sidetracking with medicines/creams/washes I already knew about even though I confirmed this wouldnt happen beforehand when speaking on the phone. Front desk doesnt coordinate well with the person who answers the phone either nor have the same knowledge. This is a very clean place, awesome building, filled with smiles, but the knowledge base and troubleshooting is disappointing, the lady I saw doesnt even have healthy skin herself (not a big deal, and no offense - Jennifer). Asking these folks questions that are beyond "how do I fix acne" gets you nervous looks like you are being judged for inquiring on behalf of things that is beyond their ability to answer, and should have been learned in theyre academic career that even I learned in pre-med school unrelated to my major. Im a Doctor in Endocrinology, I came to these folks without mentioning it, as I have moved to Centerville recently to work in a new practice. These folks are purely superficial, if you want to feel good about yourself and coddled, come here. If you are hopping from derm to derm, for the one that will TRULY want to understand and has the knowledge - keep walking. Maybe look into an osteopathic derm as that is now what I have done and finally found my solution that is beyond this Internal Medicine/superficial body modification joint masquerading as Dermatology. Just my advice, after seeing 4 different DM Derms around the valley to no avail.

Dr. Curtis was great! My daughter was misdiagnosed by another doctor to have melanoma cancer in her leg. That doctor said he needed to cut into her to take another sample. Well if he had, he would have been cutting into her incorrectly since what he thought was wrong. Im so glad I went with my feelings about needing a second opinion! Dr. Curtis specifically studied melanoma. My daughter did not have cancer. She had a benign tumor that needed to be removed, not sampled. Dr. Curtis did a great job with the surgery. After getting a copy back of the initial pathology reports (my daughter had a mole removed originally) I cannot understand how the other doctor misdiagnosed my daughter. That should not have happened if he knew what he was doing. Even I could understand it enough to not misunderstand the true diagnosis. Thank you Dr. Curtis for rescuing us from our distress!!

At the beginning of coming to this office, it went well. But eventually, I think Dr. Curtis was sick of hearing about my complaints about acne, and told me my last option would be accutane and referred me to her PA. I saw the PA, who also told me accutane was the solution, which is not an option I wanted to try. I think ultimately, they should have just told me that they cant help me and maybe referred me to an esthetician. I understand that you want to make money, but Rx arent helping me. Refer people to specialists when you cant fix it. Thanks. Also, one of the assistants told me to use my retin a every morning, because Acanya (other cream) can bleach my clothing. A year later, I went back, and Dr. Curtis told me that retin a becomes inactive when put on during the day. What a waste of a year. I would not recommend coming here for acne.

I am not one to ever go out of my way to leave reviews but my experience was to good not to share! I have struggled with my skins pigmentation every time I have pimple with out fail it leaves a pink mark behind. I have done several microdermabrasion session and chemical peels over the years to achieve the skin I have wanted and just after one treatment and 4 days I can see a huge change with my skin. Its cleared and brighter and I just love my skin! Not only has it helped the show you how to protect your skin from sun damage and help with anti aging recommend ever products and gave me samples that you can buy at a drug store for a decent price. Seriously love this place!! Wont be disappointed the staff knows what they are doing! Highly recommend them and there aesthetician Michele Walker!

The appointment was easy to make. The office staff was careful to help me find the very first appointment that would work for me. The day of the appointment, I had some challenges occur at home, which made me a bit late. I called ahead, they were very kind and understanding. When I arrived, we were helped efficiently and kindly, and got right in to see the doctor. Dr. Curtis is very kind and knowledgeable and was able to help me understand what was happening with the places on my face that I was concerned with. She discussed treatment options with me, and allowed me to choose which option I wanted to try. I appreciated her willingness to allow me to have a say in my treatment plan.

Meh, great facility, great staff, went in for an issue I was told I could have escalated through them as Im worried its cancer. Wasted my time seeing Jen and being told its no big deal, she cant touch it, to keep an eye on if its growing.... ummmm thats why I came in, it has grown? Should have just seen a general doctor covered by my insurance.

I am very happy to have Dr. CURTIS and her assist as my Dr. I have coming to them for years. I travel all the way from Las Vegas for appointments. They make me feel so comfortable and at ease. As someone that got skin cancer I have seen several dermatologists and Dr. Curtis is by far the best. She burns my pre-cancers without over burning and causing scars. She is very knowledgeable and professional. From the check in to every person I delt with it was a great experience. The new facility is super nice as well.

Dr Curtis was amazing. She took the time to answer all my questions, was thorough, and took care of pre-cancerous spots on my face in the office. She gave me great information on how to care for my skin and even prevent future hair loss. I didnt realize that sun exposure can make your hair fall out!
