During my visit it seemed like they wanted to just get me out of there. They did not even take the time to explain the surgery I would be receiving should I decide to return for the rescheduling. Although Andre was respectful while I expressed my unhappiness. The visit was still a waste of my time. I specifically called prior to my appointment to confirm that I would have the surgery I was making the appointment for in the first place, as I would be taking off work to have this completed. I was provided codes to give to my insurance for billing purposes. I was assured that I would be receiving the surgery on this visit. I show up on time for check in I sat in the waiting room for 45 to 50 minutes. The woman called my name from the back did not even make her presence known so I thought it was the front desk worker. I go back in the room she ask me what brough me in today and other questions. Then goes to get Andre who comes in and asks me the same exact questions. He looks at the area I need surgery on tells the lady to take note. For all but 5 minutes and says Ill be rescheduled. I expressed it was not explained to me as such when I inquired about process and this is unacceptable as I paid a $50 to basically sit in the waiting room for 50 minutes and receive a 5 minute "consultation". I was given a refund so that was good but I still have the condition, missed 2 hours of work for nothing. I really did not care to make another appointment with this practice. Jus a complete turn off!

Not the best experience. I felt rushed and misunderstood. The staff did not seem welcoming or enthusiastic. The doctor did not make me feel comfortable and failed to relay important information regarding side effects and other concerns. Would not recommend to those wanting a pleasant, personable experience.

I ended up having to fight with my insurance and pharmacy about all kinds of symantics over my prescription and Maria in the office spent hours getting it worked out for me. In the end I was able to get setup quiclky and couldnt be happier. Thanks again to the team at the office they went above and beyond!

WORST PLACE OF ALL TIMES !!! Who charges $393 to remove a simple wart ?? It was not done by a laser or even knife . After I went in who used to freeze it and it still on my neck . I went to Europe last year and done it for $50 without insurance..
