Absolutely awful experience. From the minute I walked in the door, the atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming. When I walked up to the front desk to check in, I was not greeted by a good morning or how are you, I was simply bluntly asked "do you have your paperwork?" I sat down in the waiting room and immediately heard chatter about how patients have been waiting for 30 minutes to an hour past their appointment time. This time delay was not to be seen by the doctor, but just to be called back from the waiting room. After I had waiting over 30 minutes past my appointment time, I walked up to the from desk and was very rudely told, "you will need to give me a minute." I then sat back down and waiting for a response. I was told there were still two people in front of me and I could expect to be called back in another 30-45 minutes. At this point I requested to cancel my appointment. When I declined the reschedule I was told "ok bye!" and the receptionist looked down at her computer. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back to this office or any other office in the Spectrum Dermatology practice. I would highly recommend you keep looking for a new practice!

I saw Dr. Chen & Medical Assistant Dulce this morning at the Chandler office. This was my first time seeing a dermatologist at the age of 31, and I was there for several reasons. Both Dr. Chen & Dulce as well as the staff at the front desk were friendly, loving, kind, knowledgeable. They made me feel valued and cared for and put me at ease. Every single one of my concerns were addressed and completely taken care of. Dr. Chen knew what each thing was right away and was very patient with me explaining what was going on with each condition as well as what the course of treatment would be and how to fix it. She also removed a skin tag for me that I wanted gone in just a few seconds with absolutely no pain during or after. I am completely blown away and can’t say enough good things about Spectrum Dermatology. When I arrived I was nervous and didn’t feel very good about myself but when I left, I felt clean, beautiful, put at ease, and encouraged! Look no further- book your appointment right now.

Oh goodness. I have been coming to Dr Pardee for years. I was so worried about the changes to the office and what to expect. I was greeted by Madi H. Such a relief to be greeted and taken care of by the first person you see when you walk thru the doors. My paper work was filled out previously. I grabbed a brochure & Madi was able to answer many of my questions on the services that are now being offered. Being computer illiterate, she actually went to the web page & walked me thru step by step. Honestly, she went above and beyond. Thank you Madi. My gal pal Donna that checked me into the room was so darn pleasant too. Such wonderful changes and for Dr Pardee, shes absolutely the BEST of the BEST!! So hapoy for this whole transition... for all of us.

I moved to Arizona recently. This spring I was diagnosed with blepharitis and my face had become blotchy and red. My PCP referred me to Spectrum Dermatology and I set up an appointment with Dr. Rubenzik. I was pleased with the office staff being able to give me an appointment that worked in with my schedule. Dr. Rubenzik and her medical assistant, Dulce, were able to determine what I had and what course of treatment I needed. They both took the time to explain to me what I had and how to apply the medication I needed. After approximately 3 weeks, I had a follow-up exam and my face has improved greatly. I will have a follow-up again in six months. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rubenzik and Spectrum Dermatology.

Dr. Chen at the Chandler location has been my provider for over a decade. I will follow her anywhere. Spectrum in Chandler is perfect for her. The staff is very competent and I couldnt be more pleased with them. Ive watched auxiliary students rotating. Thats great this company encourages education in this specialty. In all sincerity, this location isnt about glitz and glam... but I can vouch that Dr. Chen is amazing. Shes not the "run of the mill cosmetic derm." Shes theres to TREAT cases. As a side note Dr. Chen was the first of more than 40 derms and 14 years that could treat my condition. Her credentials are very impressive. You cant go wrong with Dr. Chen at Spectrum!!!!

Dr. Chen and staff, are friendly, concerned about your issues related to your appointment, as we being very accommodating. Dr. Chen, is such a sweet and caring Great Lady, even before She became a Doctor. Im so happy that Im in Her care, as Her attention, insight and the treatment that She provides is above just good, it "Excellent". Dr. Kim is wonderful, very warm and very professional at the same time. Worth waiting for. I did not experience anything but courtesy from the support staff, although as with many busy practices, getting an appointment time and date less than a few weeks out is hard. Also, it seems that most doctors overbook due to no-shows and cancellations, which unfortunately sometimes results in extra waiting time for those who have shown up.. I have not experienced any excessive wait times when I showed up for an appointment, and actually have had to wait longer at other doctors.

I had what I thought was a wart removed from my ankle by Dr Rubenzik. Turns out it was something similar to a wart that could easily be frozen off. Very easy and painless process. Dr Rubenzik also checked over my skin for any other concerns. She was thorough and is very easy to work with. Danielle is also on her team and she was very informative about how I can better care for my skin. Ive also worked with Dr Kim at this location and Dr Bhatt at their Camelback location. Malerie works closely with the team as well and she is informative and diligent.

My visit was great as usual.The wait time was very short.Dr. Kim and her staff are very courteous and professional.She takes her time looking at you,she is not in and out in two minutes like my former doctors.That is why they are not my doctors any longer.Also it is nice to go to a doctor that is recognized as a phoenix magazine top doctor year after year and is at the top of her profession.She cares more about her patients health rather than the number of patients she can see in a day.I would recommend spectrum dermatology to anybody.Thank You,Ken.

I have been going to Spectrum Dermatology for about 3 years now. I have seen several providers for various reasons. The staff is always so friendly and pleasant. I recently visited Juliette (PA) and her MA Danielle on a Saturday and they were extremely knowledgable and helpful. I also highly recommend Lisa Damante for any cosmetic services you need. She has a way of finding exactly what services you would benefit the most from. She is super personable and makes you feel extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this office!
