The Center for Dermatology and Plastic Surgery is a megalopolis of Dermatology care and at its heart a business. Experiences with some of the Dermatologists with common Derm complaints has been disappointing being brief and the physician obviously marginally interested. But, Dr. Petelein makes up for any short comings and moves this practice to the top if you have skin cancer. It is the place to go. He is young, very intelligent, very well trained, and exceedingly well grounded in "Doctor skills of patient care". He takes what should be a horrible experience ie skin cancer and with his superb staff attenuates all fears and painlessly, promptly gets the job done. This practice is well served by Dr. Petelein who is a real physician and not some cosmetologist out to make a buck.

After arriving for a cancer screening, a whole group of students joined the doctor to observe my full body examination. The doctor removed a small growth on my ear and said it would be sent out for testing. It has been four months and Ive yet to be given any results of the test even after I mentioned this to them when theyve been asking for me to pay for the test, which my insurance didnt cover. They even tried to lie and say Id been given the results. They want payment for a test that they cant give me any results for. I would recommend finding a better doctors office for the money and save yourself the hassle.

I have been coming here since moving to the desert 5 years ago. Even though I am an avid sunscreen user, due to my active outdoor life for over 25 years, I do an annual skin screening. This is a friendly office & the staff is incredible. Even my husband likes going & that is saying something. I am comfortable & confident with the care they provide. I would highly recommend this office. They have recently move to a larger facility & it is beautiful.

Going to Center for Dermatology is one of the BEST things I have ever done. The Staff is Amazingly friendly, actually cares about their patients as well as compassionate. Dr Clay Forsberg is an exceptional Surgeon , actually cares about his patients. As an RN , I have worked with many MDs and trust me , when you find a GREAT one you never want to change. Going to the Office is like coming home, warm, friendly and compassionate, and I Love the HUGS !!!

I was on vacation in AZ and had this freakish rash appear all over my body. I was misdiagnosed by a doctor in MN (before I left for vacation). The MN doctor prescribed a toxic medication that was doing nothing to help my condition. The doctor I seen at the Center for Dermatology and Plastic Surgery was very helpful. I got off the poison that I was taking and given something new, which helped me right away. I highly recommend these guys!

I love Dr McCrackens Paradise Valley Office! While normally a patient in Scottsdale, the natural lighting in the PV location allowed greater visibility for us to see skin abnormalities and address. As always, Dr McCracken always future thinking allowing us to treat current symptoms and forecast need for preventative care due to my early years of intense sun exposure & hereditary risks. The staff in this location fun and extremely helpful

Great place for skincare! Every time I visit Dr. Machnau I know I am seeing a quality physician who knows what she needs to in order to ensure that my skin is healthy. She is also give me great recommendations for cosmetic skin care and hair care. All the physician assistants are highly qualified and every staff member is wonderfully friendly and helpful. I have referred several family and friends and will continue to do so!

I recently had vein surgery for varicose veins with Dr Brian deGuzman at the Paradise Valley office of the Center for Dermatology and Plastic Surgery. I am impressed with Dr Guzmans knowledge and manner, his ability to connect with me as a patient, and the way he and his team work so well together. Every person on his surgical team was professional, friendly, and well-trained. I highly recommend Dr deGuzman and his team!

This is just a real nice group of professionals that make you feel welcome. Some doctors just cannot connect with the patient, but every doctor that has helped me has been knowledgeable, approachable, sincere and just plain nice. A refreshing experience for an important health problem that could have been much more stressful.

Thus far, I am very happy with Dr. Karin Machnau and her nurse/assistant at the Center for Dermatolgy in Paradise Valley. The Center was referred by my physician. She diagnosed and described the situation in detail, took corrective action, explained what might follow and informed me when to report back with the status.

This is one of the friendliest offices in town, I mean everybody is nice all the time. And very efficient, my Melanoma was found in the very early stages, that was a few years ago and I would say they saved my life by being so thoroughly during my yearly check ups. I see Dr. Fredrickson and I totally trust her.
