I am giving them one star because there is nothing lower. After being a patient for many years, I complained about the antiquated phone message and how it results in poor patient service. I was 20 minutes away when I remembered that I might have an appointment, so I called "scheduling" and "nurses extensions" and all I got were recordings. I dashed to the clinic and explained how I felt about the phone message (which by the way, one of the medical personnel had told me that she gets complaints about it all the time) and the fact that you cant get a hold of anyone. So what do they do - they drop me as a patient. I asked for specifics why a clinic patient relationship after so many years was ended. They provided no specifics, so after 3 requests from me and no specifics from them, I have concluded that the clinic discriminates against patients by personality type. It is too bad that there are only 2 dermatology offices in town and the other one is not taking new patients. With the service Associated Dermatology provides (or lack thereof) I can see why they have opening for new patients. Moral: dont criticize the clinic or they will drop you as a patient. I might add that I was tested for allergies and results were found for what I am allergic to. At a later appointment the very same medical person uses the spray on me that I am allergic to, which could have had devastating results. Beware!

Not impressed... my sister and I both have waited over 45 min multiple times. Phone system is absolutely horrible. Only rated 1 star because there is nothing lower.
