Horrible, absolutely horrible experience with this Office. From the nurse, to Dr Mendelson herself very poor bedside manner! Was never greeted by the nurse, she never introduced herself, asked only a few minor questions, Dr seemed to RUSH on into the room, never introduced herself, only to be greeted with "whats going on here"? Really who are you, the janitor in scrubs? When the appt was scheduled I made it clear he needed a cyst removed, yes removed, she dove in took a sample, scrapped it, burnt and called it good. Week later, as it was clear something was not right with the wound, we had to return to Urgent Care, only to be informed the cyst that Dr Mendelson was to have taken care of, was in fact trying to get out of the wound. The Urgent Care squeezed a nice chunk of the cyst out of his arm. When I called to ask for the test result-that they had called and said it was NOT a cyst, I asked what the Dr had done-was told she only scrapped AND cauterize as for they did not schedule enough time for removal!! Well, thanks for letting me know that Angela! Complete waste of time and lets not forget $$$$, Dr Mendelson failed to remove the cyst that we made the appointment for, left the husband in much pain for a week!! Now we start back a square one-another Dermatologist has since confirmed it is a cyst and will be removed. Attached are pictures of the cyst sack and picture of what the Urgent Care removed from his arm, that Dr. Mendelson failed to do.

Quick visit! Incredibly friendly staff and they even had lil baskets of candy! Dr. Mendelson was awesome, she was straight forward and even managed to save me from having to come back for a second visit! Not to mention she makes some mean quilts that are beautifully hung around the office! If i ever need a derm in the future i know exactly who to call!

I love Dr. Mendelson. Shes a very good Dr and Id recommend her office. I had some scheduling issues caused by the new front desk lady, but they were really apologetic. No office is perfect, but it matters how they address mistakes. I would highly recommend, especially b/c of their early hrs!!
