I came to this clinic to have 2 hand warts removed and for sun hives. The Doctor himself seemed knowledgeable but did not explain things well to me during the appt. He froze two of my hand warts and had me get blood work done to see why I am getting sun hives. The front office staff was very negative with a bad attitude and unhelpful. They seemed annoyed with my questions and the check in/out process. I called three times to see if they received my blood work results and was told no twice when the lab said they sent it only days after I came in. After the third call they finally looked into it to realize it had been on the Doctors desk this whole time. I asked to speak directly to the Dr and was told twice that he is very busy and I could not speak to him. On top of all this, no one called to follow up and see how I have been doing. My hand warts have all come back, I will not be going back to this clinic and do not recommend it for those with similar issues.

I had never been to a dermatologist before and feel like I was treated just as number for them to make money off of. On my initial visit, I asked very specifically if something was covered under insurance and they said "yes". They did not explain that there would be a lab involved and to check into that before proceeding. After paying a $30 copay on my initial visit, which was basically just to schedule another appointment, I already felt like I wasted 30 bucks. Going back the 2nd time, the simple procedure went smoothly. That being said, about 3 months later I get another bill from them and a bill from a lab, totaling about $140. After questioning the charges, Papillon did reverse $30 but still left me with an additional $110...on top of the original $30 that I spent to basically make a new appointment. I feel like I was mislead from the beginning and now have a $110 bill to pay 1 week before Christmas.

I have not yet had my appointment yet, so this review is only for the office staff. My goodness, I have never encountered such unfriendly office staff at any other drs office ever. Some of the staff members here are so unfriendly I was surprised I was dealing with a drs office. Wow, I really hope they will get a course on basic customer service ASAP. I simply called to have an appt scheduled and the girl I spoke with so rude. I immediately came to write this review in hopes that someone will see it and instruct on her on basic customer service. From the time she answered the phone to the end of our call, she was literally in a bad mood. Wow! I dont even have words to describe how surprised I am.

I need a zero star option. I scheduled an appointment with this office about two months ago. They have called and cancelled on me THREE TIMES! It has always been the day of, and they have never made any accommodations to make it easy to reschedule. The third time they called to cancel my appt, I got snippy and the receptionist actually told me that I had no right to be upset. Really?! I have had a big red spot on my nose, and this office has been jerking me around for two months. If you value your time and actually want to have your doctor keep an appointment, stay FAR away from this office.

My review of Papillon Dermatology I was coming in to get an age spot checked for skin cancer. This was an easy office to find. It was on the right, after you enter a small courtyard. The office was butterfly themed and really nice and tastefully done. I was not kept waiting long in the lobby. The doctor who saw me was wonderful and knew her stuff. I got my treatment and was out in 30 min. Im glad they didnt waste my time and were good at what they do.

The wait times are typical of other doctors offices Ive been to. The doctors and medical staff are very friendly and informative. They answered all of my questions and although my appointment was running late I never felt rushed. The decor of this office/rooms are very outdated.

Wasnt in love with the doctor I saw. He was very knowledgeable but they didnt care to follow up or care for me as a patient. Unfortunate since I live so close since it would have been more convenient.
