I had high expectations after 20 years of amazing care from Dr. W. Maughan, so I was very disappointed with my visit. There are two websites with two different addresses and maps, so good luck with that! The front end of the office were all pleasant and professional. The PA is lacking she was very nervous, the whole visit was strange and I did not feel great after my visit, and then I found out I had to venture 20+miles away to finish my treatment. Yes, I went down the road and couldnt be happier at Northern Utah Dermatology!

I was a first-time patient looking for an annual skin cancer check after the person that I had been going to retired. I had a very good experience at Wasatch Dermatology. The check-in/registration process was efficient and friendly. The doctor met with me promptly at the appointed time. The examination was thorough and professional. I felt like I had a step up in care compared my prior experiences elsewhere. The doctor and staff were friendly and communicated well. I will be back.

This was my first visit to Wasatch Dermatology. It was helpful to be able to fill out the new-patient paperwork before I got to the office. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Julie Maughan and her explanation of the situations that I had going on. She was very pleasant and professional and her nurse was, as well. The office was easy to find. Its a bonus to find out that the office has an esthetician on staff to talk about skin care.

I went to wasatch Dermatology and saw Bear Jorgensen to have a cyst removed. I was nervous, but he put me at ease. He was fun to talk to during the procedure and he distracted me from what was going on. He did a fantastic job removing the cyst with no complications. My incision healed beautifully and I really didnt experience any pain. I totally recommend Bear and Wasatch Dermatology. The whole staff was wonderful to work with.

A wonderful dermatology office. The staff is always friendly and makes you feel comfortable. The providers are extremely professional and answered all my questions. My appointment didnt feel rushed. Honestly, this was the best skin exam I have ever had. The provider I saw was Brooke Larsen, PA, her bedside manner was great. I enjoyed her personality and how thorough she was. I highly recommend this office.

Carol, the nurse was very informative and answered all my questions before she began the blue light treatment. She explained the whole procedure step by step and stayed in the room and asked me periodically how I was doing. She gave me lots of sample moisturizers and sunscreen and a sheet of instructions. She also called me the next morning and checked on me. It was good.

The staff is professional and friendly. Brooke is amazing! I cant say enough good about her. She made me feel comfortable and cared for. She answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. When my labs came back, the nurse went above and beyond to ensure I got my results before the weekend and took extra time to make sure I understood my results.

Wasatch Dermatology is using the latest science to solve old issues. I am so pleased and at peace with the removal of my AKs through the blu-light treatment. I arrived 15 minutes early and was taken in within 10 min. The nurse came in and took all the information she needed and immediately Dr. Maughan was there and as we talked she proceeded to do the things she needed to do and it was over. The two of them were very cordial and professional in every way. I love going then when necessary .

Just had a facial with esthetician Erin, it was amazing! She was very professional and super sweet. She didnt make me feel uncomfortable about my aged skin at all. Instead she educated me and tough me a few things I didnt know about my own skin. Erin thanks so much for such a wonderful relaxed treatment. Will have to do it again!

The PA and supporting staff were all very friendly. The PA was very attentive and thorough. My only criticism is that I had to wait for an hour to be seen. The staff apologized and said there were extenuating circumstances. I understand things happen and overall was very happy with the visit and the care received.

Although its not fun to have stuff frosting off your skin or have things removed to look for cancer it is a necessary evil. The staff was friendly and courteous. Its better to be safe than sorry and I feel that they were safe.
