I really dont even know where to start to describe how awful my experience at Eyedeal Vision in Hunters Creek has been. Ive been wearing glasses my whole life and never have I had to deal with anything this bad. To start, the first optometrist I saw was rude and ended up giving me a prescription for trial contacts that I couldnt even see out of. I called a few days later to inform them of the issue and whoever I talked to on the phone was really nice and understanding and scheduled me a different appointment with a different doctor for 2 weeks later. Two weeks goes by as I anxiously await my appointment to correct the situation, (I live 40 minutes away), so I show up on my appointment day and it turns out no doctors were in that day. The front desk lady said someone should have called me and when I said no one did she said my voicemail box must be full (which it wasnt). I explained how frustrating this was to me considering I had just driven 40 minutes to get there and she was very unapologetic and basically did not care at all. But they had already billed my insurance for my only free eye exam of the year so I had no choice but to reschedule my appointment. The second doctor was better, not friendly, but better. I got a pair of trial contacts and I call to have them put in an order. When I send my boyfriend to pick up the contacts I discover there is a $50 hidden fee for a contact fitting that no one had told me about prior, but apparently I signed a paper for it. But still, someone out of courtesy should have mentioned it to me. I think that was sneaky for them to be like "sign this" and not mention anything else. Chances are I will be reporting this place to the Board of Optometry for having less than quality doctors who give the wrong prescription, INCREDIBLY HORRIFIC customer service, and an overall unnecessarily unpleasant experience. Hands down the worst vision center I have had the misfortune of experiencing. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, I wish I had.

I have been going to Eyedeal Vision since I was 10 years old, and I am now 31 years old! Thats 21 years! They were the first to approve contact lenses when all other doctors were saying I was too young. Going into middle school and having to wear my prescription full-time, contact lenses was the option I was most comfortable with. And Im so glad they took the time to make that happen! What I love about Eyedeal is that theyre a family owned practice, and they really do make everyone who walks through those doors feel like family. I love that I walk in and always see the same faces. Any business with a high turnover rate is cause for concern. You dont see that at Eyedeal! And lastly, Dr. Bryan is as good as they come. Not only is he incredibly intelligent, but hes also probably one of the nicest guys that youll ever meet! And who doesnt want those qualities in their eye doctor?!

I have been going to Eyedeal Vision for nearly 20 years. They have an outstanding selection of frames and they dont push the most expensive frames on you. They really care how you look and many times they recommended the cheaper pair because they looked and fit better. I really like going there because the office is like an extended family, the staff has been there forever and you get to know them personally. I couldnt imagine going for my glasses anywhere else. To Jonathan, the only person of concern that left Eyedeal Vision was the old doctor. The optician has been there Im told over 20 years and the sales girls have been there over 10 years, 8 years and 7 years. The office opened in Nov 1992 and is always busy when I go. Try and put them down all you want but you cant argue with that longevity. They must be doing something right!!!!

A very caring vision center. They saved our family getaway to Discovery Cove. My teenage son has very low vision and wears contact lenses for maximum visual aquity. He lost his contact lens for his stronger eye and without it he is considered legally blind. After calling 4 visions centers, I felt hopeless, no one had a contact lense strong enough for him. My son was devastated! Then, I called Eyedeal vision, they had the correct lense. Our day was saved, I arrived at the optical and after receiving the prescription from our optometrist back home, I received the lense immediately, and back to Discovery Cove we went. I could not have enjoyed my day knowing my son couldnt see everything we went there to see. THANK YOU EYEDEAL VISION!!!

In the the last 25 years I have been coming to Eye Deal Vision. I even brought my mom from another company when we moved from Ft Wayne In. The doctors always left Tom Seamen owner of the business they seem to think they can make it on their own when Tom the Optician and his wife Lorraine gave them work and they had the gall to walk out on him and wanted me and my mom to transfer to their new locations well forget them I am a true Tom and Lorraine fan and as to their office staff they are Marvelous so there Daniel take that you must of had a bad day plus they do not pressure you with the most expensive pair of glasses I always get another persons opinion it it looks good or not

Ive been going to Eyedeal Vision for the past 5 years and have had a wonderful experience with them. There are a couple new faces, but most have been there since the first time I walked in. I started going because they took my insurance and I lived across the street. I no longer live across the street, but I still go out of my way to go here. The staff has always been more than courteous to me, not to mention excited to get to help pick my glasses. I never fail to all their opinions when buying new frames, and have not been disappointed. My prescriptions have always been on point as well, in glasses and contacts.

Just came back from the store to repair my broken legs of eyeglasses bought from here two years ago. The lady in the front desk was super nice and offered me a glue. While the man sitting behind her (seemed to be the manager) laughed at me and said "You need a new frame. Eyeglasses shouldnt last more than one year". WOW, what a comment! I dont know if it is true for everyone but I assume it is because of POOR QUALITY! I will have to buy a new one but definitely not from here because I want it can last longer. I gave more than one star just for the lady.

To Daniel: You have been going there 20 years and dont realize that the staff completely changed a couple years ago? Either you did not tell the truth, or your definition of forever is different than mine. As to the current staff of Eyedeal Vision, I guess they are OK. I only went there twice before I found out that Dr. Leidigh did not die or retire as the current staff of Eyedeal Vision told me. Therefore, I am now currently going to Dr. Leidighs new office and am happy with it.

My family and I have been going to Eyedeal Vision for over 10 years now and weve never had a bad experience. Dr. Bryan Seaman is a great doctor and gives a personal touch to every appointment. His parents and their staff are always so kind and they treat us like family. Their selection is great and the prices are reasonable. Would recommend them to everybody. The Rodriguez Family
