Have had the worst experience there. 1. Even with appointment with the Doc, it was not on time (last time it was well over 50min). 2. Every time I have eye checkup, I have to pay an extra $10 for retina exam. I had one within the year, why is it "mandatory" at this location to have it each time. (I know its good to have but it seems like money making to me)! 3. It took so long to get my glasses (I think they forgot me) 4. the new glasses seem off and the old ones are better 5. Even with insurance the prices seem the same as some eye glass stores with no insurance. 6. previously, they could not read the prescription from my glasses, I had to see the Doc. (Again money making) WARNING: It can be really, really, frustrating to go hear!

Terrible experience!!! I ordered contacts on 3/2/2015 which I still havent received. I call several times inquiring about them. The response I received each time I called was "They arent in yet. We will call you when it come in." I went in today in person because I was completely out of contacts. When I spoke with the manager she told me the contracts were there all along and I would need to setup an appointment to get fitted. I ask can you fit me in today since you screwed up. She said, no. I told her I just want money back and I will go somewhere else. Please people do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The customer service at this location is terrible.

I think people are having a hard time with the staff here because theyre younger, theyre funny and approachable. I hate going to the doctor, even the eye doctor. However, the image of staff you have in your head isnt at all what is at the counter here. The staff is helpful, considerate, and personable. They helped find the best deal possible for me and my insurance to get me what I needed as cheap as I could. The exam was quick, staff was attentive, and the doctor was awesome. I would definitely recommend this branch and return next year for my annual.

Literally just left. Had an appointment today at 4:30, when I walked in the rep advised me my appointment was for 2:30... Showed her my confirmation email that clearly says 4:30! Couldnt get me in because the doc has a meeting. No type of consideration for my time. Ill go somewhere else where they can keep their books and appointments straight, I am beyond pissed off. I waited a long time for this exam.

My eyesight is poor and it takes time for me to focus, Dr Henry was patient and took the time to ensure that I had the correct corrections. It has been a long time since I was able to see this clearly and sharp. The staff at the location were very helpful in explaining to me what my best options were. I highly recommend Dr. Noel Henry for your eye exams and proscriptions.

Thanks for automatically scheduling my 1 year appointment 5 days AFTER the year was up and try to charge me all over again. And then pulling up my insurance so no other place could sell me contacts. And lying to other people and saying you were closed and couldnt do anything about it. Unprofessional staff.
