My wife has been seeing Dr. Mark Frutchey for 15 years regularly. She has contacts; I do not. I only had two visits, but I just had an exam this week. He spends a lot of time explaining the results of each of the exams given so that you understand exactly what each result means. One exam, in particular, (the digital eye exam) was taken with the newest equipment and Dr. Mark explained the results of this exam where a computer image of my eye was taken and explained, in detail, what each part of the photo represented and the significance of each as it pertains to eye health and to general health. He gives you an honest opinion of his findings. HE DOESNT JUST TELL YOU WHAT YOU NEED OR DONT NEED. HE SHOWS YOU! You wont find a more knowledgeable, yet humorous Dr. anywhere. You will wish he was your DR. for any and all your medical needs! You will feel like you are visiting a personal friend! Dr. Mark really is the BEST!

Dr. Sandra is by far the best eye doctor I have been to for 20+ years. She is so pleasant and interacts intelligently as someone who cares, not just rushing to get to the next patient. She really takes her time and answers any and all questions. Her staff is very well trained and she has modern clean up to date test equipment. The computerized digital retina imaging was awesome.( In my case she didnt have to dilate my eyes, so I didnt have that discomfort afterwards.) Dr. Sandra took her time explaining how she looks into my eyes at the blood vessels to see how healthy my whole body is. She explained to me how she looks for signs of Cholesterol or Blood Pressure as well as many other diseases. I highly recommend Frutchey Eye Care to everyone. Annual exams at Frutchey Eye Care are a tremendous value, a pleasant experience, and vital to your overall health, not just your vision.

Love Dr. Sandra. but the staff not so much. i tried making an appt on line as the website allows and never heard back. I called to see what was going on. they told me the website was not the best and wasnt working very well. I asked if someone was going to call me to let me know they couldn;t see me. She then said she hadnt been on there the last hour but would probably send me an email. I sent the request several hours ago. So that wasnt a good excuse. I have an eye infection and needed to be seen pretty quick. My problem is i work during the day and Saturday would work out great. She then offered Monday at 1 or 3. Other than that all was booked until the following week. Very disappointed in the attention she paid to me or my issue. I will have to look for another dr.. Anyone have any suggestions.?

So glad I moved to Frutchey Eye Care last year! They came highly recommended to me by my friend/neigbor and I couldnt be more impressed with their team. Dr. Frutchey is thorough, detail oriented, and really listens to her patients. I learn something new every time I go and she even caught a corneal condition my previous eye doctor had missed. I also cant say enough good things about their optician Diane. When you go to order your glasses Diane will make sure you get exactly what you need. She is very experienced and gets to know her clients quickly. If you are in the market for a new Eye Care group and/or are tired of being "fleeced" by your current Eye Doc...go to Frutchey. Great care, very professional and always a pleasant experience.

My husband and I have been a patient of Dr. Sandras for over 20 years. My children, now grown, have only seen Dr. Frutchey. Dr. Sandra wants to make her patients feel comfortable and understand everything thats being done. She takes the time to explain it all. She never makes you feel rushed. Her staff is very pleasant and well trained. I have macular degeneration and have been taking a medication recommended by her -- Im thrilled to say that after 3 years we are seeing signs of improvement!! I would highly recommend their practice - she and Dr. Mark are excellent optometrists!

Positively the best eye care in the Orlando area. The staff is friendly and courteous and the doctors take their time with each patient. Dr. Mark has been my eye doctor for the past 20 yrs b/c he truly cares about his patients. Even in yrs where he was not a covered prescriber with my insurance, I remained his patient b/c I felt my eye health was in the best care with him! Frutchey Eye Care has and continues to provide excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone in need of an eye doctor!

My husband and I have been going to their offices for more than 10 years. Both Mark and Sandra have the best attitude and are spend a good deal of time explaining what they are looking for and how your eyes are doing. They go above and beyond in the visit. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and their offices are clean and fun. :-) If you are looking for an optometrist, look no further. You will be a patient for life once you start.

Frutchey Eye Care is a great friendly professional eye care center. Easy to make appointment, they processed the insurance without me having to worry, they treat you friendly but absolutely professionally, promptly and with care. Dr Sandra explained everything thoroughly, I hadnt had a full eye exam in many years due to having Lasik, but it was like going back to family, great experience, whole heartedly recommend them to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Marks for at least 10 years. Finding a great optometrist if not easy and I have had many. Actually Dr. Mark and Dr. Sandy are both great, they talk to you and not at you. Each give explanations that you can understand and I have never been rushed through my appointments. Dr. Mark will go above and beyond to ensure what you have is what you need and that your lenses or glasses work for you.

I became a patient of Dr. Mark when he was working at Visionworks. He left and I found him!!!! I followed him because he is a great doctor. His philosophy seems to be to make the patient a part of the process, and he does that by talking with you—not lecturing and telling you whats best for your life style. I am so pleased with the care Frutchey Eye Care gives that I recommend them without reservation.

I have been to several eye care clinics and I have to say that Dr. Frutchey is excellent. He was pleasant, and friendly and explained everything in detail. The best you can get in eye care without a doubt. He was patient and even asked if there was anything I did not understand to feel free to ask questions.If you need to get eye care go see Dr. Frutchey after all he is the best you can get.

We have been coming to Dr Mark for over 15 years. My husband and I have been so impressed by his commitment to his patients. He sealed the deal for us when on his vacation he was thinking about how he could solve a problem I had with my contacts. We have commented many times that we wish he could be our primary family doctor. Hands down Dr Mark and Sandra are the best in what they do.
