Staff is horrible, atrocious they have no clue what there doing. I pick up my dog from the hospital expecting to pay around 300 to 350 and they hit me with a $500 bill. They quoted me one price and then claimed I miss understood there quote for the hospital stay ( How convenient ) The ladies behind the counter did not know how to use a calculator. When I spoke with who I assume was the office manager between her and the desk clerk they were just throwing numbers at me for the bill. If I could I wouldnt even give them a star. Me personally I Will go elsewhere for my pet care. the one bright spot was the veterinarian that took care of my dog she was outstanding.

We took our 2 cats to Dr. Kirwin for the first time today and he was patient, thorough, and very informative. He spent time telling us our options and suggested treatments we could put off and things we needed to take care of right away. He also made sure we asked every question on our minds.

I was given an estimate of 450 to 525 and bill ended up being 760.00, I know times are hard but customers are hurting too
