Although Pinecrest Animal Hospital is a a great veteranary clinic I have quit taking my puppy there. My puppy was very hyper as puppies are. After only three times of taking my puppy there they informed me that they could no longer clip is toe nails without putting him under anaesthesia because he is a hyper puppy. I think a veteranary clinic should know how to handle hyper puppies! You can not tell me that they have never had a dog come in there that has been hurt and is scared out of his mind and hyper. And they cant control a puppy? They also clipped some skin on my dogs foot and it was bleeding which is probably why he was scared. They never had a problem until that happend. Dr. Rangi is a great Vet, but his staff lacks experience especially if they can not even control a puppy!

My daughter bought a little Rat Terrier. We live in Perry and typically take our animals to the Perry Animal Clinic. However, it is hard to get your animals to Perry as they have NOT user friendly office schedule. My daughter and I walked in with Paris and the were able to see us within 15 minutes. We didnt have to make an appointment for her shots we were able to walk in. That is great customer service. The girls were very nice and helpful and the Doc was a very nice guy. We will be moving our services to Pincrest Animal Hospital. Oh and the best part. Their prices are soooo reasonable. Way to go Pincrest

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had just moved back to my home town in MI from Texas and along the move back one of my cats became very ill. This is the ONLY vet that was willing to work me in on a double/triple booked Saturday. (Another vet which shall remained unnamed that I had taken my cats to for over a decade was unwilling to even try and work me in, along with an extremely rude receptionist.) I was grateful for this aspect alone. However, the staff and Dr. Rangi were absolutely superb. I now live in Lansing, but plan to continue to take my pets to this vet for their care. 5 Stars!

I and my family have seen Dr Ranji at Pinecrest Animal Hospital in Owosso MI For the past 20+ years for Various problems. We have always recieved expert advice and direction on issues we have had whether for ear infections to ACL injuries. The staff has always been well informed of my dogs issues and they have recieved great care! I since have moved to Lansing MI where there are many vets to choose from but still only go to Dr Ranji for top notch Veterinary care. I Would highly recomend this Veterinary to any one looking.

After years of going to another vet that we had slowly become dissatisfied with, we decided to try Pinecrest. In the very first visit we were told how to illiminate our huskies ear issues! Our poor dog had been suffering for years and I had been treating her several times a week. I love this place! Well never go anywhere else.

I have taken my animals to Pinecrest for a couple of years now. My mother used them as does my mother-in law. They have always been very friendly and helpful. 2 years ago when I had to put my Pomchi down they were very compassionate, and walked me through the whole process.

Absolutely love the staff and how they handle every animal Ive taken to then, from 7 day old puppy requiring amputation to aggressive pitbulls, they knew exactly how to handle them and did amazing ♡♡♡ wouldnt want any other vet seeking my furbabies! ♡

If i could give this place 0 stars i would they are a joke! They charged me $100 more then what they quoted i guess if your rich $100 aint nothing. I would NEVER take my dog back here EVER!

Expensive but soooo worth it! They do everything in their power for your pets health. Very nice and understanding staff! They let you visit your fur baby if it is hospitalized.
