Milford Village Veterinary Clinic is the Top Dog or Cat in our opinion. They have kept our cats healthy for over 18 years with caring, gentle, and the utmost in professional medical service. And this service extends to a very competent, knowledgeable, caring, and helpful office staff. We particularly like the explanations of what malady our cat(s) is suffering from in times of sickness and what alternative medical procedures are available. As our cats have aged this has been extremely helpful. And when the time eventually came that we had to euthanize one of our dear pets – the Doctors and staff helped this happen in as tender a way as possible. And I mean both for our pet and for the “parents.” Our cats have spent numerous nights at the Cat Spa, where we tell them they are going while we are at the beach. Our cats always rave about their experiences. Seriously we board our cats where we absolutely trust the care they receive. I admit we have not price shopped regularly because there is no other consideration for us. But in cost discussions with other pet owners in our neighborhood who use different services we have no issues.

Impersonal and Expensive. $25 to trim our dogs nails, when I asked why, they said, "Its done by the doctor and his time is valuable." Be sure to ask what everything costs before having something done to your pet. At least in our situation, the doctor was impersonal with no regard to the pet owners emotions. We lost our dog in 2011.We had just moved and had to find a new vet pretty quickly to check out our dog. The doctor diagnosed her, explained the diagnosis, and seemed disconnected to understanding how devastating that was to my young family. We were dissatisfied with our experience and havent been back since.
