I googled our vet clinic (ACH) today to get their number while I was not near my phone (where they are on speed dial) and I was VERY surprised to see the reviews below. We have been partners with Animal Care Hospital for years now. They have been nothing but WONDERFUL to us and our pets. In fact, we met them through a puppy mill rescue effort. This vet clinic selflessly donated hours and hours of their time and resources to to help save over 300 dogs. They didnt get paid for this work, this was out of the kindness of their hearts and their love of animals. How many of your personal vets have done this work probono? Personally, I have leaned on the doctors and their staff in some very difficult times. Dr. Chandler was even so kind to come into the clinic on a Sunday so that I could say goodbye to our dog that was rapidly passing away from an incurable situation. They have time and time again shown empathy and urgency to care for my furry companions. I cannot believe that the situation with the Golden Retriever has been isolated and demonized as it has. First, the individuals that are posting about this situation are not even involved and are operating on second hand and limited information. Second, check your facts. You are wrong. If you read the response from the ACH staff person, you will see that even the clients that experienced the loss are STILL happy clients. If they understood that this was a tragic accident that was no fault of the clinics...then why cant other people that didnt even know that dog do the same? Regardless, I can only say great things about this clinic. I have referred countless clients with not a second thought. My brother sent his husky to this clinic when he was tragically ill and this clinic was able to pull him through and save him after an entire week of diligent round the clock care. They could have referred us to an emergency facility that would have costs us thousands...but instead they provided the staff and resources to save this dogs life. That hardly sounds like a clinic that would callously allow a dog to be hit by a car. I could share multiple stories from my experiences alone that validate the Doctors and Staff of this vet clinic but I will leave anyone reading with this last thought...I choose to partner with the Doctors and Staff at ACH because they have shown my animals AND me compassion and brilliant expertise. We have laughed together...we have cried together. I have witnessed them step out of the box time and time again to SAVE animals and to show the injured, the abandoned, the living, AND the dying animals the respect and love that most owners dont even extend.

I have been taking my animals to this vet for years and they deserve top notch ratings. I did read about the unfortunate incident below. This was an accident. Dr. Reese was the third vet to see my sick cat and the ONLY vet to diagnosis him correctly. He had FIP which is 99% terminal. Dr. Reese helped me keep my poor kitty alive and puring for months longer than any other vet. Dr. Chandler follows well in his foot steps. Once again i showed up with a very sick kitty the day we were supposed to leave for vacation. Dr. Chandler spend hours trying to keep the poor kitty alive, but he only lived a few hours. When I returned from vacation I called because I did not receive a bill. Dr. Chandler cancelled or postponed non emergency appointments to try and save my kitty. She said she was not going to bill me. It was not her fault the cat died and she cost herself income by cancelling paying appointments. For the loyalty and caring shown by Dr. Reese and Chandler I would never take my pets any where else. I travel over 15 miles passing many other vets to use there services. I would not have it and other way.

Dr. Chandler has shown me and my pets more compassion than anyone could expect. Months ago I brought a fading newborn puppy in and we had to put her down. The same day I had to bring another fading puppy in. Of course my daughter and I were beyond exhausted and distraught after having to put one puppy down and feeding them every two hours. Knowing none of us could handle putting another puppy down Dr. Chandler asked if she could take her home and give it a try. Now they dont call it "fading" for no reason so she didnt make it but Dr. Chandler didnt have to try that hard and she did and showed my beautiful little puppy love and support until she took her last breath. Today I had to take my small yorkie in that was attacked by a bigger dog. Unfortunately the damage was not repairable and we had tohelped so much. put him down. Of course this broke my heart knowing that Dr. Chandler was there with us through it all helping him and trying to find options as well as supporting us emotionally. Although tonight was one of the worst days of my life I cant thank Dr. Chandler enough for her compassion.

We (wife and I) were apprehensive as to where to take my dogs and have them be taken care of in a way that they would be comfortable and at ease and I must admit that Animal Care Hospital exceeded my expectations. Otis and Naxx both are very comfortable and enjoy interacting with the staff there. Naxx was our greatest worry since we didnt know how he would react with strangers alone and he loves going to the back to get his vitals checked no issue at all. We have also boarded our pets there as well and had no issues or concerns. They took care of some issues with Naxx while he was there and even took the time to ask our dogs habits and preferences as to sleeping arrangements and food/snacks. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

I have used Animal Care Hospital for a very long time. Hound having cancer, our Lab being paralyzed and our Lab Catahula with kidney failure the last one was just a couple of months ago. The techs that looked after him were wonderful the whole group is like a family. The day we had to make the dreaded decision to say goodbye to our sweet Guinness it was, Dr. Chandler, the techs Jenny, Shay my husband and myself in the room they cried right along with us they were such comfort to us I love Dr. Chandler the other vets there are wonderful also I tell everyone I know about where we take our pets. Actually there are 3 family on my street that go to Animal Care Hospital and they arent the closest one to us.

OMG! I cant believe someone acutally wrote about the dog incident. I actually saw the dog getting run over by the car. It was a Sunday morning and they had some kid walking the dog (the one that was boarding there). The kid looks like he was about 14-15 years old and did not have the dog on a leash. I saw the dog running happily and then BOOM! he was unfortunately hit by the car. I pulled over and later the nurse who works there told me it was one of the boarding dog. The most horrible thing I have ever seen happened to such a beautiful animal. I do not trust this clinic and am NOT SURPRISED that it has such bad ratings! I wonder what happens behind closed doors to those poor animals!
