I refer all of my friends to CVH, and theyve recommended it to others as well. The staff and vets at this place are wonderful, caring individuals. My recently deceased dog was in very poor health when we got her from the shelter 12 years ago, and I credit the professionals at CVH for her surprisingly good quality of life. They performed multiple tumor removals on 3 different occasions, annual chest X-rays, and blood tests for other issues that arose towards the end. Our boarding experiences have only been positive--I am sorry that one reviewer had a bad experience. I have to wonder whether s/he requested that the pet be bathed prior to pick up. This is something that we have always done (lets face it, doggie boarding is doggie boarding... its like taking a bath when you get home from a long vacation, right?) In any case, I love this place and hope that other fur-baby parents consider it for routine visits and boarding.

The WORST BOARDING Experience!! Our family went on a trip for one weekend and we entrusted Concord Vet with our two dogs. When we checked them out, they smelled like they had slept on their excrement while they stayed there. One of our dogs had some mild injuries also. His toe nail was broken and he was limping. I asked one of the staffs about his injuries and she said she didnt know anything and never apologized. Im assuming that he got attacked by the other boarding dogs. I was SO angry and it was the WORST idea to board my dogs there!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST VETERINARY HOSPITAL IN KNOXVILLE!! The receptionists know my name and my pet’s name as soon as I walk in the front door. The whole staff truly cares about my pet and her well being. The doctors are fantastic and easy to talk to. I have BOARDED her on quite a few occasions and have never had a bad experience. I recommend Concord Veterinary Hospital to anyone that thinks their pet is truly a member of their family.

An absolutely stellar group of DVMs - if they dont know what is going on, they will not hesitate to get you to the expertise needed. Vet Assistants are the best, grooming services wonderful - overall, I wouldnt trust my pet to anyone else.

This is by far the best boarding experience we have had and we have almost tried everyone in town. Their prices are lower than alot of the "fancier" places in town. They walk the dogs 2x a day and dont charge you extra like most places.
