Im never one to complain however I cannot get over the poor customer service and treatment to my dog. I came in Friday because my dog had a wound on his chest due to a tree branch he got while chasing a squirrel. I called before I came and the lady I spoke to was friendly and was like "yes bring him right on in we will get him stitched up for you" I bought him in, filled out the paper work and waited for over an hour in the lobby. I started seeing other people with their pets who came AFTER me come and go so I decided to ask the receptionist why havent my dog been taken yet when we been here first. She replied "oh its cause hes non critical he will be seen soon." So I sat back down thinking how is he non critical when hes bleeding and has a open wound which was now spreading and being exposed to more germs the longer we waited. So 30 minutes pass before I decide to go talk to her again so she sent a lady who I believe was a manager to see my dog and shes like "yeah sorry we had a lot of critical tonight and hes stable compared to the rest." She seen my frustration and was like we are gonna get him in room. So 10 mins pass and a vet come in to take us in a room just to shut me up and ask more questions and leave us in the room for another 30 mins. So I go to the front desk to see whats taking so long and the rude receptionist was like "we doing the best we could all the veterinarians are doing a surgery right now" and had the audacity to say "if you dont want to wait you can bring him back in the morning or go to another 24 hour animal hospital and proceeded to pull up the closest ones which where all 35+ minutes away. I was highly upset and couldnt believe she said that. I have already be waiting with my dog for hours I wasnt going to leave and drive that far away just to wait at another hospital so I told her we will wait. Another 30 minutes go by and finally the vet came in. She came in with her clipboard, sat down and said "oh so I see he was in a dog fight" I said I what no he was not in a dog fight and she said "oh ok we just assume dogs who come in with wounds were in a dog fight. What an uneducated assumption to make. Just because of his breed she discriminated against him and assumed he was in a fight when he only had on wound on his chest. Hes well taken care of, up to date on his shots, look healthy so I dont get why a "certified veterinarian" would say something like that. She made it seem like I bought him in there with multiple wounds and a chewed off ear or something. I was highly upset at this point. So she left and another lady came in to explain that they were going to give him staples and had me sign papers for his surgery, gave me a $400 bill and took him. 45 minutes later she came back and told me the surgery went well and I will get my dog once I go pay and btw the gave him stitches instead. I really didnt care which one he got I wanted which ever was best however before surgery she told me staples and he came out with stitches. They gave me his medicine and told me bye. This location all around was just a horrible. They are very unprofessional, rude, non compassionate. Their customer service is the worst. They need to do some rehiring asap! I will never take my dog here again ever and I have told everyone I know with pets about this locations so they will never take their animal here as well. I am a paying customer who left with a big bill and neither I or my dog deserved the treatment we received!

100% recommend! Great service in an emergency! I had to take my 11 year old dog, Callie, in on a Saturday afternoon and the entire experience was better than expected. Starting with the receptionist, she was kind and understanding when I got there, informing the vet staff I was there and why right away (I did call ahead). The vet tech, Sherrod (I dont know the spelling, but he was amazing) came out before I even finished the simple form I had to fill out and gave me information about when I would be seen and why there was a delay. Once we got into the exam room the vet tech took a thorough history and was very understanding. He explained what he was going to do and why. He was also very gentle with my dog. He took her in the back to take blood and perform other tests. When he brought Callie back he gave me an update about when I would be seeing the vet. Dr. Cobb came in and gave me Callies test results and discussed the probable cause of her issues. We discussed all of the treatment options and she answered all of my questions. When I decided to take my dog home instead of hospitalizing her, Dr. Cobb explained what I could expect in terms of symptoms and what to look for if I had to bring Callie back in. She was understanding, thorough, and extremely caring. After meeting with Dr. Cobb, Sherrod came back in with very clear, written instructions for my dogs treatment plan. He sat with me and explained everything, answering all of my questions and putting up with my emotions with absolute professionalism. The cost of my emergency visit was absolutely reasonable, I walked out with two prescriptions, blood work and an emergency exam for about $150. They even forwarded all of the information to my regular vet without me asking. A few days later I called back for clarification about an aspect of Callies care and the vet on duty answered all of my questions, again with absolute professionalism. Wonderful staff, great service, and Callie is recovering nicely. Thank you!

On New Years Eve 2016 we noticed our oldest cat acting strange, assuming he was just bothered by all the people in the house and the fireworks going off, we decided to keep an eye on him. The next day he was worse and we didnt know what to do with it, being New Years Day everyone was closed. I looked up 24-hour vet and BluePearl came up. I called to discover that they were open. We brought him in and where he was quickly seen by the veterinarian. She ran some tests and found he had ketoacidosis. The Doctor explained everything that was going on and went over the treatment that would be needed. She presented us with an itemized quote that showed what was needed and how much it would cost, the estimate included a low estimate and a high estimate both based on the length of the stay. We left him in their care and were told to feel free to call anytime, day or night, for a status or any questions about his treatment. The also told us we were free to visit Stripes whenever we felt like. They would bring him out of the ICU and into a room where we could spend time. All of the doctors we interacted with were very professional, thorough in explaining what was going on, and were happy to answer any questions. Everyone there was very cheerful and really appeared to be interested in curing the animals. Be prepared, the cost may shock you but when you look at the itemized list of what will be done during the stay it makes sense. When we checked out, the Doctor went over everything that had been done, what needed to be continued at home, gave us the test results that were run during the duration of the stay, and even sent a copy to our regular vet. I would use them again, I just hope I dont have to.
