My husband and I just got home from taking our new puppy, Hazel, to get her first vet exam and shots. We got their Puppy Package for $99 which is a super great deal from the research Ive done on different places. The staff was super friendly and very informative explaining what was going on and making sure we were comfortable with her and her care. I was a bit hesitant since it is a walk- in clinic. I was expecting a decent wait time. However, we were seen as soon as we walked in. They took her back and started working with her while we checked in and registered. We spent a total of 30 minutes in there, 10 of which was waiting on the results of her fecal exam. They give you options for different medications like heart worms and flea meds you can buy from them, but they dont make you feel pressured, which is what I really liked. We had a really great expereince with them. We will definitely be making them our go to pet clinic for Hazel. You can tell they love your pet like their own.

We took our two Miniature Dachshunds to PetWellClinic for their annual vaccines. We went in without an appointment, and although we had never been there before, the desk staff was able to get our information entered into the computer very quickly. Our payment was also processed quickly. And then we were immediately able to go into a room to have the vaccines administered. We did not even have to sit in the waiting area. One of our dogs had a hip sprain she was healing from so I informed the doctor. The doctor and her assistant were very gentle with both dogs. The price was very reasonable for these vaccines. Im glad we were able to get in and out of the clinic quickly because our dogs seem to get stressed at vet clinics. But even though the service was quick, our dogs were handled with the utmost care and I really appreciate that. Thank you PetWellClinic, for your fast and friendly service!

I just left the Pet Well Clinic and wanted to share my experience for those looking for a clinic for their pet. I purchased a puppy package on 8/27/16. On that date, my puppy received all her vaccines except for her rabies. That was my choice because I wanted to wait until she was over 6 months. That was the advice of our breeder. I remembered that she needed it and went back to get that one vaccine, since I had paid for it with my original package. They refused to give my dog the shot unless I paid for the vaccine again. I was told that too much time had lapsed, but they were eager to try and sell me a new package of vaccinations. It is not even time for her boosters! BEWARE!!!! This clinic is mainly interested in making money, not what is best for your dog. I have an appointment with a real vet clinic to get her vaccine this week.

The staff were very friendly and I was not rushed at all. I kinda expected to be rushed in and out since it is a vaccine clinic, but it felt like a regular vets office and they were eager to give advice and talk. The location was a little far from my house, but it wasnt far off the interstate so it was fine. The clinic was very clean and nice and it was comforting to know that I wasnt taking my dog where possibly sick dogs were. The staff were so nice, and it was very affordable, and the general experience for my dog was very pleasant. I will definitely go back. It is also nice to go to a vet where you dont feel like you are pressured to buy or do all sorts of unnecessary things...and they dont do that there.

I would give them more stars if I could. We took our young dog there with vomiting and diarrhea and were afraid to wait until our regular vet opened on Monday morning. Found them online and they had excellent reviews and was open on Sunday. We were warmly greeted when we walked in. Did not have to wait long at all. They asked questions, did an exam, were very thorough in explaining what they were doing and why. Explained their findings and costs along the way. They were very reasonably priced. Our pets are very important to us, and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again. Our sincerest thanks and appreciation to them for taking such excellent care of our sweet Bella!!

Very convenient clinic thats more affordable for the basic stuff. The place has a couple rooms, doesnt take appointments, but hasnt ever been too busy in the 3-4 visits weve had so that model seems to work there. The staff working the desk and the vet techs have always been very nice and good. The Vets themselves vary. Weve had Vets Id come back to without any question and been completely happy with... and others with no bedside manner, have worded things terribly, given you almost no confidence in their diagnosis or treatment. Its recommend visiting a regular vet for anything you have concerns with...and this clinic to update your shots and the like.

It is great to have a place to take your pet without an appointment and not get charged an office visit fee for walking in the door! The rabies and other shots are a great price, as are most of the products the clinic carries. You can get everything you need to keep your pet healthy at great savings!! Even if you dont live nearby it is worth the drive to Kingston Pike! I also like the feature of being able to order what I need online, pay for it, and just run in and pick it up! I do wish the clinic was open a couple of days a week instead of just Saturday, and am hoping they will open another one in North Knoxville!!

I have taken our 3 dogs to this clinic for their yearly vaccine updates for 2-3 years now and have always been treated efficiently and with courtesy. The prices and services offered are both essential and very fairly priced, and the staff always seem knowledgable and well organized. My dogs are always treated with care. If your pet is at all animal agressive then pay for your services ahead of time online and just pop in and let them know when you arrive. They are happy for you to wait outside if its busy and happy to let you know when your turn is up! Would certainly recommend!

I love PetWellClinic! The staff there is very friendly & they really care about your pet & it shows. It is so convenient, too. I love that you dont need to make an appointment, but you can still get in & out of there very quickly. Anytime Ive gone, Ive been in & out of there anywhere from 10 minutes to 30 minutes, so that isnt bad at all! I am very grateful to have a place like that to have my pets needs met without having to make an appointment a month or more in advance & without breaking the bank. Thank you for taking such good care of my best friends!

I love this clinic! SUPER friendly & fast service (I did not even have to wait to be seen). The prices are amazing and I like the fact that they have several bundled packages to choose from. Prepay online before you visit. Staff is knowledgeable and patient when answering questions. So even though I was seen almost immediately after walking in the door and registering, I did not feel as though we were being rushed through like a drive-thru. GREAT PLACE! Thanks for helping me keep my dog healthy PetWell Clinic.
