Mountain Park Animal Hospital demonstrates true dedication and compassion. Our poor kitty contracted a severe cold/virus. After taking her to different vet previously, she did was not recovering and ended up severely dehydrated and malnourished from not eating or drinking for days. We called Mountain Park early in the morning and the front office was polite. She put us in for the first appointment. After examination, the doctor provided an honest prognosis and suggested a less expensive and less evasive option. She administered an injection and IV fluids. The vet tech was extremely caring and treated our cat with care and kindness. Because our cat has FIV, she may never get well, but the staff still offered us a chance to save her without breaking our wallets. Whether the kitty survives or not, we really owe it to Mountain View Animal Hospital for at least trying and not writing her off as doomed. Heres an update on our kitty --- She is making a speedy recovery and is eating and drinking. Shes enjoying being outdoors again and is no longer showing signs of being sick. Thank you Mountain Park Animal Hospital for saving our baby kitty!

Ive only been a handful of times over the years, never really establishing a relationship because we moved away. When we moved back to the area, first day in our new home we noticed our kitty was acting strange. I took him there, and sure enough...I had to put him to sleep. It was a first for me, and heartbreaking. The staff was so kind throughout the entire process, they even made me a little foot print with his name on it. They were very supportive-and the doctor even called me a few days later to check and see how I was doing. Since then weve been back with other pets numerous times- and they greet me like an old friend as soon as I walk in. Its nice to feel known! They take such good care of our animals, like they are their pets too! I love keeping up with them on Facebook- their trivia is fun (and who doesnt like prizes?) All in all I cant say enough good things!

I have been using MPAH for at least 15-20 years. They have helped me through so many emotional experiences. Dr. B runs an efficient ship with the help of staff and my friend Gretchen Rybicky the office Mgr. Some of the staff has been with Dr B. forever. I have used all the vets there with no predjudice. Each brings to the hospital their own brand of humane treatment .Staff such as Brandi Guined another friend is another reason I am committed to MPAH. As far as I am concerned there is no other hospital for me and my various pets that have passed through and will continue through the years. If ever I was fortunate enough to become wealthy, I would make a huge donation to keep MPAH going forever. LOL like Ill ever be rich!!! But my heart is with them always. Joscelyn Brock PS MPAH is sort of like "Cheers" where everyone knows your name and makes you feel welcome.

The standard of care at MPAH is exemplary. The staff is friendly and accommodating and my cats are greeted enthusiastically, as if they are family. I have known Dr. Susan Leck for 17 years. I trust her implicitly and am always amazed at how she manages to always get the diagnosis right, no matter how complicated the case she is presented with - and, believe me, I have brought her some odd ones over the years. She is a God send and my cats love her. She used to work at a clinic closer to me and I have followed her to MPAH. This is not a short trek - I live in Cumming and travel over an hour, each way, so she can treat my cats. Thats how much I believe in her. Her experience and compassionate nature are well worth the trip.

We have been clients of Mountain Park Animal Hospital since 2001 and the only way we would ever leave this practice is if we moved more than an hour away. We have had 9 animals under their care over the years and weve always left there happy and with our pets well cared for. They take the time to explain whats going on with your pet and weve never felt rushed with them. The doctors are all kind and knowledgeable, the staff is made up of nothing but wonderful people, and this entire practice cares about the animals under their care in the most wonderful way! We highly recommend this practice for your pets.

Very good vet - our cat recently got sick and the people here were wonderful. The vets were friendly, but professional, the staff efficient. The waiting times were not exceptional, and the price less than we expected. The staff seemed very caring and understanding. Overall, it was a much more pleasant experience than what would first be expected when a much loved pet becomes ill. They also kept in touch with us over the last few days since we took her in; checking her medicine was doing what it should and advising us with anything we cared to ask about. Wonderful, caring people.

Weve been taking our pets to Mountain Park Animal Hospital for several years now and we are totally pleased with our experiences with them. They not only take care of our dog but also our Guinea Pigs. They truly love animals and it shows in their care and treartment of our pets. The facility is comfortable and we rarely have to wait more than a minute or two for our appointments. The staff is wonderful at setting our dog at ease during her visits. They get our highest recommendations for caring for our pets.

Over 30 years, four of our dogs have been cared for by Mountain Park Animal Hospital. The care has been excellent and the staff has always made us feel like our concerns were their concerns, and our pets were their pets. Everyone is always attentive and never in a hurry. For the two dogs which we had to make life ending decisions the staff supported us in a big way, giving us and the situation the time and sensativity we needed. Without reservation I would highly recommend Mountain Park Animal Hospital.

If I could give them 0 I would incompetent, unprofessional, nasty ass attitude from Susan Leck. Does Susan Leck owns the place? Called to talk to office manager (Gretchen) nothing resolved she doesnt know anything about anything? Staff needs to be more professional and have more customer service. They need to ne more knowledgeable about what services they offer. Like I said you lost a customer today and few others that go there. There is a vet on every corner nowdays that actually cares about animals.

I trust them with all of my little guys! We have two dogs and a cat and we take all of them the MPAH. Weve done everything from spaying to bathing to innoculations to check ups and weve been pleased with every service. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. I really cant say enough nice things about them; I am not at all surprised to see what excellent online reviews they have. You can tell they really care about the animals and people they work with.

Everyone at MPH treats our dogs like family. When we make an appointment, there is almost no wait time. The vets are excellent, one even suggesting an unusual treatment for our Rhodesian Ridgeback which turned out to be an excellent decision. They were there for us when we lost one of our other dogs, and the caring they showed us during that difficult time was outstanding. We have really come to love all of the staff! I would highly recommend this vet clinic to anyone!!
