If i could give them 0 stars, i would. Worst pediatricians office I have ever come across. Every time my child goes for a visit, the wait before even being called into a room, WITH an appointment, is no less than 45 minutes. The wait time once in the room, another minimum of 20 minutes. After several visits and one really horrible last experience there, I decided to change doctors. The new doctor I am trying to get my child to see is STILL waiting on Dr. Bows office to fax over medical records. According to one staff member, it takes 7-10 business days for medical records to be faxed because "only one person is allowed to do it and is between patients". Yet twice when I called, the lady on the phone told me she would fax them "right now". The staff clearly isnt on the same page. I showed up to the docs office because my kids new doc is waiting on paperwork and this doc office doesnt seem to get around to fax it over and i was in there for one hour waiting to HEAR why they havent sent them before I decided to walk out, empty handed. I see some good reviews on here and I cannot fathom why. Side note: I am not into pushing all kinds of meds into my little children, they are children. Dr. Bow however, has zero problems with that, hes all for the pharmaceuticals.

Dr Kyle Bow saw are adopted daughter for her first newborn visit. I am in the medical profession and could not have been happier with the care he gave my daughter and us. He has great bedside manner, explained everything in detail and was extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him as a pediatrician. Dr Bow if you ever open a practice in NJ please let us know. You are doing wonderful things with all the volunteer work you are doing in the third world countries. You have found your calling and are wonderful at it. Thank you for all you do.

My son started to vomit the whole morning. So I took him to Dr Bow office, since hes my son pediatrician. Once their they told me they dont have any availability.even if it was an emergency but its good ill finally change his doctor once their you will realize that this office only care about money nothing else only money if I could Ill give less than a star when your a doctor you need to care about your patient even more if they are babies but its like a factory over there they only care about money thats it very bad doctor

My son has been under Dr. Bow care for a couple years now.. He is so passionate as a Doctor and so good at it. Front desk has changed staff lately and of course it affects the flow of getting a phone call answered .. but besides that .. Excellent practice I love Dr. Bow and my son more. Thank you Dr. Bow for what you do

Amazing!Nobody has been as thorough&patientwith my autistic son as these people!Many other physicians have rushed through his visits just b/c he is hard to deal with but Dr.Bow&his staff take as long as needed.Very grateful for them!

Dr. Bow and staff are great. They always accomadote my daughter for emergency appointments. The office is very convienient for us as well.

We have used dr bo since our son was born and ge is amazing. We literally drive 30 minutes to take our son to him. Highly recommended.

Dr. Bow is the best pediatrician ever. Waiting is the only issue but thats pretty much everywhere
