I went for my sons first visit and the girl taking his vitals never washed her hands before touching my son. I have a preemie and I expect proper hand hygiene at the least. The office appears to be old and dirty and there were no gloves in the exam room. I was given 2 containers of formula to sample that had expired in January 2014. When I called to get the doctors professional medical advice add to what to do for my sons constipation problem, the front office staff talked it over with each other and told me the "nurse" is looking up what to give a 6 week old. I know how to look things up on the Internet! I wanted the doctors advice. Finally when I requested my medical records be sent to another pediatrician, I was told they could not send the hospital medical records but only the records from their office. Thats useless to me! My son spent weeks in the NICU and they need to review his records to be able to continue treatment. I will NEVER recommend this office! I was very dissatisfied.

Dr. Li has been all three of my childrens pediatrician their whole lives. I searched high and low for one who made my kids feel comfortable. I trust her. Shes thorough. She is a professional. So are her staff. Her office may not be new but it is clean. She doesnt forget their issues, or them.
