Arrived at 9:15 for a 9:45 follow up appointment, was the last to leave before lunch and Dr Ali was not pleased. We sat in the waiting room until 10:45 watching people that were there before us and after us walk right in, along with walk-ins being taken care of (must have been picking up prescriptions??) At 10:45 we made it thru the next door to go over the paperwork. Then at 11:10 we made it to our room to wait for Dr Ali. 11:35 we finally got to see Dr Ali, we had a conversation and he was NOT at all happy. (He took many notes,) We completed our business and exited the front door at 11:50. EVERYTHING here can be verified by security camera. Dr. Ali is a great Doctor but needs to work on some of the employees.

My wife was being seen here and following the treatments that were given to her. She was diagnosed with asthma and peak levels were low for her. They were going to follow up with her two months after receiving her treatment. She unfortunately had to work and couldnt find time to follow up. Her job required her a form to fill out stating her problems with asthma and what she should avoid. We drove an hour to drop off the form and two days after had to call in to find out the doctor refused to fill the form because they are accusing my wife of not following with treatment. Regardless, that puts her life at risk while working. Time to find a better doctor.

Dont waste your time here. This office is unprofessional and staff is incredibly rude. They dont care about your wellbeing and are very vengeful if you miss an appointment for reasons that are out of your control.
