When I first started going to Dr. MCpherson he was so involved and so thorough. I was able to get in right away if I needed to see him. I was SO happy that I had finally found the right dr. He put me on the right meds, he put me on a good regimen and all was well. Then, BAM all of a sudden, I could only make appts for Thursdays, I could only get in for an appt in 2 months, I finally got in for an appt they took my co-pay and I NEVER SAW DR MCPHERSON. He was in his office and he had his nurses telling people "oh hes having you do a urine test today and hell make you another appt". His nurse told.this to mw.and the other elderly man in the other room. It was like he just didnt want to see patients today, but he still took our money. I clearly told the nurse, I have had a headache for 1 month, a migraine today and I am out of my prescriptions, I need to see the Dr., he was in his office, clearly hearing everything and didnt even come out of his office. This office is a joke.

STAFF UNBELIEVEABLY RUDE! They treat you like you are a complete idiot and with ZERO respect. Be prepared to wait 2 + hrs just to be taken back to wait even longer in the exam room! Also be prepared to be "dropped" (at any time) from their service for no reason and no explanation. Then be forced to pay for the records you NEED to complete your treatment plan and continue with the necessary medication needed to do so. All the while being treated like you are a terrible person for needing the treatment in the first place (even though you cannot help it)! This place is a class act I tell ya if you want to be treated like crap and raked over the coals... If this is how they treat their decades long patients Id hate to know how they treat the new ones. I guess its all just a money machine now so they dont need to respect anyones time or health.

Dr. McPherson is one of the few old -school doctors left around. He is very caring, compassionate and has gone above and beyond to help my Mom. My Dad passed away a week ago my Mom has pneumonia now. Dr. McPherson called my Moms GP immediately to advocate for her being kept out of the hospital. Admittance would have been especially detrimental to her health with her vestibular disorder and recent trauma of my Dads death. Dr. McPherson has been in daily contact with me monitoring my Moms pneumonia and takes the time to throughly answer my questions. I instantly feel a sense of relief when she calls or I see an email from him. I dont know what we would do without him and am truly grateful to have him in our lives.

I was a patient of his for a very long time, and he was always a very knowledgeable and insightful man. A true professional in his field, through and through.
