I have been taking my two little K-9 girls here for more than two years since I moved to the area. In that time, I have had the opportunity to see almost every vet in the practice. My experience has been the following: 1) I have found these folks to have tremendous expertise in caring for my doggies. The are all excellent, professional, kind, caring, compassionate, and are sensitive to and supportive of my love and closeness with these, "my children!! 2) Of all of the vets, I have seen Dr. Marc the most (with Dr. Larry and Dr. Jen running second!) . They are all wonderful to both of these doggies and to me! I feel like Dr. Marc knows both of my doggies from top to bottom and back. Part of that is his training, but I always feel that I get a specialized visit because you can see that he just cares so much about how they are feeling and what to do to make them better. In addition, he seems genuinely concerned of how I am doing with how the doggies are doing! Finally, I think that he is able to "read between the lines" exceptionally well because even tho they cant tell him what is wrong, he knows the research and pairs that with having a sixth sense of sorts to diagnose and treat them. He often calls me after a day or so to check on them - again - he really cares and wants the outcome the very best that it can be! 3) The best highest trained, bright and gentle vet. technicians and office staff can be found at this clinic/hospital. They are professional, kind, caring, and provide assistance on every single level and way. It is scary when you move or visit a new area with your pet - esp. if yours is your child as mine are. This clinic has wonderful people who genuinely care about your children so, give them a try!

Left my dog there for boarding. When I returned I noticed a few days later as I went to bathe her that she had a huge bald spot and scabbing on side of her body. I returned to ask & hopefully get some answers. I was turned away by the receptionist and the whole situation was undermined. Instead of it being treated and handled urgently. She scoffed at me, told me to relax, and said I would need to make an appointment. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. Needless to say I wont EVER take my pup back.

Drs. Kirk and Larry have helped my dogs in so many ways and have always been knowledgeable and caring in tough situations. They take a conservative approach instead of up-selling you tests you dont need or prescribing things not age appropriate, (I have senior dogs).They also lean toward homeopathic when possible.Their facility is very new and nice and they have the cleanest boarding facility around. I have been to several; its the best.

I have had the best experience with Marc Kanchuk, DVM - he is very kind and genuinely concerned about your animals. The staff is also kind and helpful. My Jack Russell "Monty" has had dental cleaning and lipomas removed from Dr. Marc and he always calls me and talks me through the process. Very happy with Estero Animal Hospital. Thank you for taking care of my babies!

Dr Kirk is worth driving 100 miles for. He is so thorough, kind and patient. And so gentle with our Duncan. If it were not for him we would not have known that Duncan had an enlarged spleen and his advice to remove it "sooner rather than later" was spot on. Fortunately we will probably have a 100% recovery due to his superior care.

This week we found out unexpectedly that our thirteen year old cat, Sasha, had cancer. Dr. Larry Scrabis was wonderful in the way he treated our pet with caring and compassion. He helped us through a very difficult time. We highly recommend Estero Animal Hospital and especially "Dr. Larry."

This isnt the best vet office, as they are quite a bit overpriced, but its the best in this town south of Sarasota. Our favorite things are Dr. Kirk (one of the owners), Dr. Shelia (shes the cat lady, we arent sure thats how to spell her name), and the Pet boarding.

Have been going here many years. Dr. Kirk has been so helpful to my mom and I. My mom passed and they were so kind. I now take my cats here and I am so pleased with the professionalism and genuine care recieved. I would rate this a 10 if i could.

Difficult to get them to answer the phone when calling in. Not very good about communicating lab results. Doctors and nurses all very nice. Seems a little pricy as well.
