My husband sent me to Quest for my annual blood draw for his employers health insurance. When I was called to the window the lady was very rude because I didnt have some paperwork I didnt know about. She went on her computer and was able to find me. Then lucky me she was also the one who was going to draw my blood. When I went back into the room I proceeded to tell her about my difficult veins. She cut me off to let me know in a snooty way that she was a good stick. I said ok, but can I tell you about my veins? Then she crossed her arms looked at me like an idiot. She may have gotten me in 1 stick but she blew my vein and treated me terribly. Now I have this giant bruise on my arm. Thanks!

My biggest complaint is the fact that you are required to sign in so everyone that comes there can see who had their lab work done...major invasion of my privacy. Second, I had an appointment but still had to wait 15-20 minutes because they only have 1 person handling "everything" from signing people in to taking their lab work during their busiest time. The owner of this place needs to wake up...1-star reviews are not good.

This place has the worst customer service since Kim has left. The new girl that works there is clueless if you ask her a question. She was very rude and took 20 min to do a blood draw. She would ask me a question and a few min later she would ask the same question again. Lady if you cant do your job I think its time to find another place to work

Arrived and signed in. Several (7) were waiting ahead of me. There was only one employee working. One guy was about to wet himself having waited a very long time for a drug screening They need to get help or close their doors

My experience was fine. Service was quick, friendly, and efficient. Since this is a walk-in outfit, I suspect experiences will vary a great deal from day-to-day.
