The medicine here is very overpriced. It is mixed with Coconut oil and what tastes like cherry air freshener and is extremely expensive. They prescribed me the smallest amount and the weakest prescription possible, and it tasted like cherry air freshener. Compared to the other clinic the medicine is awful, and expensive and today I had an appointment with Amy at the St. Paul clinic and it was the worst experience of my medical life. She was completely harassing me about the details of a RX I had received from them over a month and a half ago, grilling me like I was a criminal suspect suspected of a murder. I called ahead of time to see if I was elgible for a refill (and after I left to make sure) both the ladies at LeafLine labs said I was and they would work with me there to increase my RX and to help me figure out the right dosage since I am a new patient there. However, my experience today with Amy was not like the ladies on the phone. She made it sound like I did not have any refills, and even called me a liar to my face twice and said that what I told her was not consistent with what I told MinnMed a month ago. A month ago I told MinnMed that the medicine at Leafline tasted like cherry air freshener and I had disposed of it according to the notes in my file. By disposed, the bottle tipped because it is a HUGE bottle six times the size of the bottle at MinnMed and it comes almost empty to where it spills and tips very easily (total waste of $200) and the syringe does not reach the bottom let alone the "fill line" which is almost at the bottom, so it is impossible to use the way they directed. Amy would not listen to anything I was saying she simply wanted to harass me and make me feel like a criminal for needing a refill. Which I found incredibly ironic since under federal law I believe Amy herself would be considered a "drug dealer". I will never go back there and am strongly thinking about getting out of the MN medical program altogether due to the atmosphere and the expense. Think twice before signing up and definitely do not come here and see Amy. I do not understand why like every other medication the Dr. doesnt control the dosage and the amount. This should be for the Dr. to control not a rude person like Amy that has no idea what your condition is or how much pain you are in and does not care at all. Lastly if you are wondering how expensive is the oil? It costs a lot more then they give you if you donate blood...if you donate blood you get about $50 a time, which if you did that four times you would be able to afford a small vape refill and a very small thimble size amount of oil. It would take you two weeks and four trips to the blood bank. Most cancer and chronic pain patients are too sick to donate blood though. So based on my experience I would not recommend that. Everyone makes such a big deal about the expense of the Epi Pen, but you only need to use that once, the oil you need to keep taking daily...but nobody says anything about the price of the plant flowers you can grow easily, if it were legalized, (like it is in Colorado) or if you had an RX and had other sources then two labs, but you cant simply "grow" blood it has to come from healthy human sources.

I Love this place. Its vibe is different from other dispensaries and I really like the peoples that work there and i felt more comfortable Open by appointment only) 1-844-LEAFLINE (this info accurate as of 8/5/16/) The location of this place is kind of tricky. And 2 ways to get there. If youre coming from the intersection at University Avenue follow the first directions the first time you go, thats where Mapquest sent me. 550 Vandalia Place makes you think its right there on Vandalia, but its not. There are 2 buildings that use 550, the first one you see and1 right behind the first building you see (its just east of first building that says 550. When you turn in drive all the way down to the end of the first building and you will see the 2nd building. Just keep going round the back of it and when you can go left, that is the part where LeafLine Labs is. There is a lot of parking. The entrance is down 1/2 flight of stairs. Its a new building so Im guessing it is accessible but if it is I didnt see a ramp or any signs, you might have to to another area to get in, Im sure if you call they can tell you. They have a good variety of times open for appointments and can usually get in in a few days. Its IMPORTANT that you HAVE AN APPOINTMENT You HAVE to have an appointment OR if you have been there before and want the EXACT same thing you can go without an appointment. If youve already had your first appointment you still need to have an appointment UNLESS you want the EXACT same thing. Anytime you want to try anything different than youve already had from LeafLine Labs you have to have an appointment. You do have to get buzzed in of course. The office is large and its just where you check in. Then I was taken into a Huge secure waiting area thats all open, welcoming with bright colors and seating. They have free bottled water, coffee (not sure about tea) and i should mention if you dont want the free coffee you can go to the back security window and get one made for you which costs (dont know the prices) and a snack basket, not bad LeafLine! You have a pharmacist to consult with and they will answer any questions you have. When youve decided what you want you go back to the secure waiting area until thru call your name. When your name is called go to the balk corner where there is a windowed secure area and you pay the person behind the window and get your medicine with a receipt and thats it. Everyone working there was super friendly and will happily answer questions. Love this place !!

I honestly cannot understand the negative reviews about this place! It was wonderful, from the cheerful front desk staff who were so kind to my daughter, to the relaxed, clean welcoming waiting area - the overall feel of the St. Paul location is wonderful! In fact, during my consultation with Monica, my pre-school age daughter visited with the front desk staff, enjoyed some fruit snacks, worked on a puzzle, and sweet-talked them into changing the TV show to "a kids show". As for Monica, she is the EXACT OPPOSITE of a bully! She is compassionate and kind and very knowledgeable! She listened carefully to my medical problems that have caused my constant pain, went over my current list of prescription meds, and explained how MM would interact with each of them. She also listened as I became a little emotional and talked about how difficult it is to live with chronic pain, and the mental toll it can take. There was compassion in her eyes as she told me that she understands. I feel very confident in allowing Monica to guide my usage of MM to attain a better way of living! Im so glad my Doctor recommended the Leafline Labs - and Im so glad Ive met Monica!
