Lazy & apathetic office cows. Theyre liars too. They said I needed my order entered before I came there. So I called client services, they said no, you can take the order directly to them. They said they dont accept payments. No, corporate billing said they CAN accept payments. When I went back to the office after clarifying the truth they all went to the back office to hide and socialize with each other. No work was getting done, just a lobby full of meal tickets being abused. I will NEVER use any Quest service again, nor recommend them to my many clients. Thanks for nothing Barbara Copeland, Site Manager.

The building is very hard to find. 600 is behind the 550 building. After I got there, though, I was in and out in 10 minutes. No one in the waiting room. I signed in, got called in after 5 minutes, got my blood drawn and was out. The nurse was pleasant. I did have an appointment (which was very easy to make), so I had none of the issues that the walk-ins who gave bad reviews did. The whole experience was as easy and low-key as a blood draw should be.

Walk-ins are a joke! Signed in at 1020am and I know there were folks who had been waiting since 930am, but absolutely no value or respect for peoples time. People are waiting for more than 2 hours without an update!!!!! Atleast have the courtesy to update the people waiting outside and communicate the best time to come back or how long the wait will be. Will recommend my employers not to choose this location anymore for tests.

The employees that work here are very nice I would highly recommend if you ever do go for any reason to make an appointment because walk-ins seem to be by the Dozen every day. Not really sure why anybody would give them a low review for being too busy.

Ive had to take plenty of drug tests for employers in my life. Its hhard never taken me for than 10 or 20 minutes to be in and out, even with a line. Of this is the place you have to go, prepare to have to wait about an hour. Ridiculous.

billed the wrong insurance company twice and then said they lost all my insurance info. impossible to contact or work with. would never use again.
