I came to Waterford Chase Dental after searching through about 15 different dentists in the Orlando area that takes my insurance. WCD was highly recommended in the many reviews I read so I decided to give it a shot. There is a clear difference between a bad dental practice and a good one. Waterford Chase Dental is definitely a good one. The staff was very friendly, the lady who worked the front desk was helpful in scheduling my appointment and making sure my insurance covered everything that was going to be done. The doctor was very professional and answered all the questions I had for him about my teeth and gums, how to prevent and spot cavities, etc. The tech who performed the cleaning and x-rays was just as helpful and very sweet. The main thing I liked about this practice besides the great work the staff did was that none of them tried to sell me anything extra or sneak in some special cleaning product to charge me extra. Every other dentist Ive been to has tried doing this and its really frustrating. This is the first one Ive been able to walk in, hand my insurance card, fill out the paper work, and then get my x-rays and cleaning without anyone trying to charge me for something extra. I also didnt have to wait at all. I was scheduled for 2pm, arrived 15 minutes early, filled out my paper work, and was taken at 2pm. Very efficient. I highly recommend this dentist and have already begun referring family members to go there.

Dr. Bifsha and staff provide exceptional service! Ive been going to here for years and have referred many of my family members as well. The front desk ladies and dental assistants are so genuinely friendly and competent. The great thing about Dr. B is that he is very honest and will never recommend doing unnecessary work. From the moment you call to make an appointment you can tell immediately the level of client service is a step above the rest. Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes or so to be taken back for my appointment and the office is always neat and clean. Dr. B worked his magic to help fix my teeth back to the "Crest Commercial Smile" I used to have! I am beyond thankful for Waterford Chase Dental.

Yesterday I woke up with a swollen mouth and was talked into going to the dentist. I am fearless, yes........except when it comes to the dentist. Dr. Bifsha was beyond amazing. He was so patient & kind while I turned into a terrified 3 year old. I had a tooth (wisdom tooth) yanked from my face with just local anesthesia and it was The BEST DENTIST experience EVER. Prices were very reasonable....another win with no dental insurance. smile emoticon Seriously though, if you need a dentist go visit them....hes like the Tooth Whisperer and the rest of the staff are beyond sweet. On scale 1 to 5....10. Today, no more pain and feeling good as new. Even a gram or two lighter from that funky tooth gone.

This is one of the best dental offices I have ever been to! The office was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly and the dentist was genuine and very knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was doing and seeing so that I was aware of the process. Furthermore, he is not just in it to get your money like a lot of dentists. I asked about Invisilign or getting braces and he was extremely honest and told me that it would not be worth spending the money but he could do it if I really wanted...most dentists would have just taken the money and went on with the process. Overall I would definitely recommend him to any and everyone! I plan on switching my son over to him as well.

The best and most honest dentist I have ever had and I have seen many dentists all over the world from being in the Military. I went in because I had a chip on the corner of my bottom molar and the filling came out for the third time!! (The fillings were done by previous dentists). The dentist before him said I needed a Crown which would have cost me $800. Luckily I went in to see him because he told me that I didnt need a Crown just a filling. But he put the filling in in a way that it wont fall off anymore. I am so happy that he helped me save soooo much money and solved my solution. I dont trust any dentists but I trust him and that says alot!

Dr. Enea and Waterford Chase take dental care to the next level. I have had work done on my teeth by multiple doctors throughout the years and my experience here has been drastically better. Dr. Enea truly cares about his patients and does not treat them as a number. He spent time with me understanding my concern and walked me though his thought process and his recommendations. You can tell he is passionate about what he does and he puts the patient first. I now believe dental work requires serious talent and he defiantly has it. I wish i could get the same treatment at all my other medical experiences.

I am forever thankful and grateful to Dr. B and his staff. If you have lost any teeth lately, this is the place to visit. Aside from that, I’m positive the other procedures are exceptional as well. To sum it up, Dr. B is the Michelangelo of modern dentistry and a genuinely cool dude. Without the help Dr. B’s craftsmanship and friendly staff, I would still be wearing my ‘tank’ of a denture. Nevertheless, I’m one of those skeptics that are afraid of going to the dentist office, however, I left today relieved and hopeful. There are compassionate and trustworthy dentist offices out there after all.

Dr. Bifsha is very professional and thorough with his work. Best part is you leave his practice every time feeling a bit more educated and knowledgeable about dental work and hygiene. He treats you with respect and explains everything in great detail. After explaining everything about existing issues or future concerns with your teeth, he gives you choices how you wish to proceed. Never pushy!! His staff is very polite and respectful. Moira has been around since Katie Dinh and her husband ran the practice. She is just a joy!! I have nothing but great things to say about the fabulous team!!

Dr Enea Bifsha and his staff were outstanding! Very kind, knowledgeable and fast. I had wisdom teeth that were pinching my gums and aching horribly, his staff got me in helped with my paper work. They got me looked at almost right away. Luckily for me Dr Enea Bifsha had a cancellation and offered to pull my wisdom teeth right away. I could not be more thankful i have already recommended many of my family members to go to him and i would recommend anybody looking for a dentist to go in and see for yourself! The office and staff is absolutely amazing! I went in for a second opinion from another local office where I felt rushed and that my questions were not answered. Dr. Bifsha took his time to explain the issue and how to go about preventing it in the future. Very trustworthy and caring individual. My face no longer hurts and now I have found a small dental office that I enjoy visiting! Its nice to see a REAL healthcare provider for a change instead of the usual business driven corporate mill. Had gone somewhere else previously a year ago and was coldly told my whole mouth was going to have to go and would by nearly 40K. Finally went to this office after losing a tooth and was consulted that he could save the majority of my teeth and would only be minimal loss and an easy cleanup and small partial denture and far far less cost and life would be normal with the rest of my own teeth. So happy I went here and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a patient and helpful dentist and great staff.
