I had an extremely painful toothache for 3 days. It was over the weekend so i waited till Monday to tell my boss that i needed off on Tuesday for an appointment. By this time the lack of sleep and constant agonizing pain was making me insane. So they took xrays and decided to pull it. It was stuck in there real good, and breaking off when he would pull on it. It took 20 minutes (literally) of pulling and prying and using his muscles before it eventually came out. Holy crap, my nightmare was over. Now just get the prescription for pain killers and Im all good. But no, wait a second, I get a prescription for..... motrin 800? Thats like taking 4 ibuprofen? Are you serious?! Four ibuprofen for surgery? I got the Motrin and when the novocane wore off my jaw was so sore i called the office and said I was still in a lot of pain. They asked how long ago i took the Motrin and i said about 45 minutes. They said wait a little longer and call us back if still in pain. I didnt bother. Ive never had a molar pulled before and been given ibuprofen. I dont know what kind of crap is going on in the world these days and what kind of pain is required to get something a little stronger than a pain killer that I could buy at a gas station. I guess the government must be coming down on doctors and dentists to reduce the risk pain killer abuse. But guess what, I didnt abuse them! God it makes me mad that i have to suffer for someone elses crime. Other than that everything else was great and way way above average. This office is the best of the best as far as dentists go, but ice packs and ibuprofen isnt pain management.

For real tho ?

I have noticed a decline in customer service in the medical industry. Many public and private medical providers seem to have lost sight of the importance of interacting with their patients as a whole person. My experience at Fioritto Dental Associates was five star from the beautiful waiting area into the examination rooms. Even while I was having my treatment it smell like a dentist office. I must acknowledge the staff. Each and everyone of them seemed to play a role in my visit. It appeared to me by their professionalism, personal appearance and pleasant smiles that they were proud and happy to be part of the office. Dr. Fioritto was made me feel very comfortable and gave me an excellent examination. I got a kick out of the fact that her husband is also a doctor in the family practice. Last but not least, I have never had such an awesome experience having my teeth cleaned. The equipment was very quiet. I did not have my regular "OMG please get me out of here" feeling.I have shared my experience with a few people and I hope they will be able to schedule a visit. Thank you to the entire staff.

Horrible experience, I would say do not go there if you are new to the area and looking for a Dentist...that is how I found them. Went in for repair on my veneer and they told me the price for the repair with my insurance. I assumed they called and confirmed this with my insurance as I told them I was concerned about the cost. So after a a long wait they wanted to take x-rays (knowing I was concerned over price and having told them I had x-rays with in the last two months) I declined and the Dr. came in looked at the tooth and told me there was a cavity that needed to be filled prior to the repair. What was I to do but say okay after all he is the Dentist. After the repair, the veneer is now discolored and will have to be redone but I was sent an additional bill in the mail after they charged my insurance. Was charged for a crown but all it was was putting the current veneer back on. :( Disappointed I did not do more research...lesson learned.

Dr. Nicole Fioritto is the best cosmetic dentist in the Mentor Ohio area. I went in to have some cosmetic dental work done and I couldnt decide between porcelain veneers or dental implants. Dr. Fioritto thoroughly explained the difference in dental implants and porcelain veneers. She advised me on the cost, risks, benefits, etc... so that I could make an educated decision on whether I wanted dental implants or porcelain veneers. She has such a great personality and is very caring. Im so glad that I decided to go with the porcelain veneers and even more glad that I chose Dr. Nicole Fioritto to handle my cosmetic dental work. If your looking for high quality porcelain veneers or dental implants, then Dr. Nicole Fioritto is the cosmetic dentist for you. Thanks Nicole

I am writing while still in mild pain and uncertain about tomorrow but if the past is any indication, I will rest tonight knowing all is well and I will be fine! I really cant say enough good things about you and how truly pleased I am in your services, your care and professionalism. Without going into the details of todays visit I just want you all to know how truly blessed I feel to have found an organization who I can put my total trust in. Youre great...All of you! So a special thank you Dr. Henry. And with my tongue still in cheek (a pun I just couldnt pass up) hearing you say that you had the most fun you have had in a long time just cracked me up but my advise to you doctor is I wouldnt give up my day job! Im already feeling better...Thank you all!

I have been going to Dr. Henry Fioritto since he opened his practice at his first location decades ago. I had a lot of extensive work (root canals, gold caps, fillings, gum surgery etc.)done back in the 70s & 80s and, other than a minor chip of a filling, all the work he has done is still in fantastic shape. His sons and the other dentists also do excellent work. My children (braces and fillings) and husband (extensive dental implants) have been to them and are very satisfied with their work. The entire office staff is friendly, professional and I rarely have to wait for my appointment. They are top notch in sterilization. They take the time to explain procedures and are patient answering any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend them.

I called and left a voicemail and my call was returned the next day with appointments made for me and my three kids. It was fantastic. The scheduling is terrific. The folks are friendly. Dr. Mike was very professional, kind and took the time to review each child and me. I am so pleased we switched to this practice and look forward to the opening of the Concord office! The only feedback I can offer for improvement is that my medical was not reviewed in detail with me in the office (only allergies) and I was not asked about my concerns I listed in my patient registration form...tooth whitening. I will call though and discuss - I forgot to ask myself. Thank you for a wonderful dental experience!!

Took my twin 11 year old sons for the first time today. After being with their previous dentist they were very impressed and the hygenist made sure she told them step by step what she was doing while cleaning their teeth. If they were scared, gagging or just plain couldnt handle it they stopped immediately. They do not have the spit & water sink they use a "sucker" which the kids found really cool. They answered all questions promptly and professionally and made the whole cleaning not scary for my boys. When Dr. Andrew Ricci came in to see their teeth he had more of a "coach" persona then a dentist. Treated the kids like people not patients. This will be our family dentistry from this point on.
