I made an appointment over a month ago for my 2 sons to be seen with a referral from our current dentist. We got to the appointment 15 minutes early and we werent taken back to the room until 40 minutes after our appointment started. The girl at the front desk gave me an attitude because I was having trouble filling out the forms on their computers. Once taken back to the room the dental assistant asked questions with her back to us and filled out her paperwork for about 10 minutes. Then she turned around and just stared at us. It was really uncomfortable. I asked her how long she thought the doctor would be and she got irritated and said, "well, he has 8 rooms so we have to wait our turn". So 1 doctor with 8 patients at once and we have to wait our turn when we made an appointment over a month ago? I told her we would wait 5 more minutes and then we would have to leave. She again got an attitude so I said, we would like to leave now. At the front counter I asked for my referrals and exray photos back and again I was confronted with rudeness. The dentist come over to us and said we could stay and he would see us, and I let him know we would be leaving. So he said, "whatever, go then". Seriously? Did I just experience this? Did I just take my 2 younger children to daycare, get my boys out of school and come here early for this appointment? The place is decked out with about 9 game systems, expansive wall murals, check in computers, leather chairs, etc. It seems to me a lot of money is being made here especially with 1 doctor and 8 rooms. I will not be part of any place that treats new patients, or any patients like this. I dont understand how 1 doctor runs this whole place? Seems to me like they are just taking peoples, and welfares money and setting up as many appointments as possible. I highly recommend that you do not take your children here.

Id give them less than 1 star if it was possible. Terrible people there. We have been going there for years because my child is on medicare (her mother died when she was 8 and I am raising her) and he was the only one in the area that took her insurance. You get what you pay for in his case. They never called to remind you when it was time for a check- up though they swear they call everyone. Once when I confronted them they complained to the Dr A and he was angry. New office is beautiful but the staff is still rude . Now they text you when its time to reschedule. Didnt get a text and now they say she hasnt been there since 2015 and they arent taking kids with her insurance unless they are under 6 and since shes been inactive shes too old now. Stay away unless you want to be ignored and mistreated.

Awesome facility, terrible staff... I took my son there twice and both times the experience made me hate the place. The dentist was rude and judgmental and the receptionist did not have any phone etiquette or manners. I was 5-7 minutes late for an appointment for my son, after taking a half day off of work for this appointment, and was told i had to reschedule... With no other patients in the waiting room, I found this to be stupid and an unprofessional way to run a drs office... People cant help traffic or unforeseen circumstances to be late for an appointment. If the office was filled with other patients i could have understood. I will never step foot in the office again nor will I recommend this facility to any one.

All 5 of my children have been patients of Dr. As for a span of about 15 years. Two children have had braces. I have never encountered a more friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating medical facility ever. Their attention to details and personal service is bar none. I have never had difficulty getting my children in for appointments or adusting appointments that have already been made. I was even given Dr. As cell number in case of emergencies! My youngest is 15 and it will be a sad day when we no longer require his services.

Both my children have been patients here for years, and we have never had a problem. Called to make an appointment for my 12 yr old, and was told that she is now considered a new patient because its been about a year and a half since we have been here - and that they wont accept her as a new patient because she is "too old". I guess years and years of being a patient count for nothing here.

They definitely cater to kids here and are not afraid of tough cases! My little neighbor boy is seen here. Dr. Y. Armanazi, really cares about his patients. You can tell as soon as you walk in the office! He specializes in Infants, Children, and Adolescents. If you have children in that age group youll want this guy for your new dentist. I know he cares!

Both of my Grandsons just saw Dr. A again . Both love going to the dentist. My Grandsons says Dr. A is so cool. Very Comfortable environment for children. Not only a great Dentist, he has so much compassion for his patients . The staff is awesome, very professional. The office is so adorable. I would definitely recommend this dentist office for your children.

Receptionist was short with me after telling me they were only accepting new patients under 6....OK then Ill take my business somewhere else. Thanks for nothing. Hint - hire a receptionist that likes talking to people - even if it means you might have to answer some questions that us "non-dental" people might not know. :)

I think they are a ripe off!! I was not told I would be charged a $69 dollar fee when I made the appointment but when I got in the office they told me it would be one. I told them my child had a cavity before I got there & he just told me this same thing & referred me to someone else after taking my money. Smh so sad

My children have been patients of Dr. A for a very long time...very long. I have never seen a staff go to such lengths to make everyone feel at home. They are always friendly and Dr. A is a kind and generous man. My kids absolutely LOVE going to the dentist. I wish he took adults.

Ive been bringing my children to Dr A for about a year and I just wish I would have brought them sooner. He is wonderful with my kids and the staff really seems to care too. The office is beautiful. Its a great experience from the second we walk in. My kids dont want to leave!!

My Kids absolutely love to go to the Dentist now. Dr. A is such a wonderful man. He is so thoughtful and really takes time to know the families and the children. The staff are always cheerful and patient. I cant imagine taking my kids anywhere else.

I love bringing my son to Mentor Pediatric Dentistry. It is a clean, fun, and friendly environment. The staff is AWESOME SAUCE!!! Dr. Armanazi genuinely cares about is little patients. I wouldnt trust anyone else when it comes to my childs dental care
