If I could give this office ZERO stars, I would. Janice gives this office a very bad image. Every professional in ANY industry knows customer service is ALWAYS #1! I work for a different provider located in Houston Texas and I called to get x-rays emailed over for a mutual patient that refuses to go back to this office. (This request was originally sent yesterday.) Janice stated that she "didnt have time" and was "too busy". I asked if she could do it now since the patient was in our chair and we like to keep our doctor on schedule so that patients are not kept waiting. She said she would try but didnt know when she could get to it. (It literally takes 1-2 min to email an x-ray...) I was in shock! I can only imagine how many other patients she has drawn away from this doctors practice with her poor customer service/communication skills, and inability to follow through . BTW. We never received the x-rays...

I moved to Orlando in 1979 as a child. Dr. Arenz was my childhood dentist when his office was on Curry Ford Rd.. As a grown adult I returned to Florida and went straight back to his new office on Conway. The office is clean and they keep to their schedule. His staff is 2nd to none! I highly recommend this dentist!

Dr Arenz is the best he takes away your fear of having dental work done I am the worst when it comes to fear but he is so kind and gentle it makes getting in the chair so much easier
