Dr.Kathy Helsby ruined my sons life! She convinced my son Patrick to have all his teeth removed at once then she would make temp dentures then permanent ones!Then assured him that she could would create the perfect dentures quickly and flawlessly then in the middle of the process had her secretary,who is a unprofessional,rude,and cold, person inform him Dr.Hellsby could not do the work with no more explanation then that!She did refund his money. I will say that Dr.Hellsby agreed to a low price because my son is disabled and in a low income bracket due to his disability,she was doing a kind of pro bono job as a favor to a family friend that was trying to help my son!However the dentist who did pull them out informed my son he would have never pulled all my sons teeth out and salvaged what he had!My son is still without teeth and it has been a year!He has suffered so much and can not eat anything but soft food!The secretary was the worst!Basically Dr.Hellsby made a verbal agreement,a agreement that would have open doors and change my sons life!He would have never pulled anything unless he knew we had the funding to pay for the dentures full price even! So dont trust her and know that she has made my son suffer,he doesnt look anybody in the eye and rarely leaves his room,and has obtained such low self esteem,due to her instruction to pull his teeth,that he is scared to look for employment! We are retired law enforcement and I am a veteran!We live pay check to pay check we can not afford to pay the money Dr.Hellsby wants not even the cheaper kind!We are at a lost this doctor has ruined my sons life!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Paul Helsby for close to 15 years and have also seen Dr. Kathy Helsby in recent years since they started practicing together. Both dentists have provided excellent care for us through the years, including fillings, dental appliances and a CEREC where I would have otherwise needed a crown (I cannot say enough wonderful things about the CEREC process!!! I was in and out the same day with a completely repaired tooth!). The hygienists and other office staff have also been excellent. We can confidently recommend their services if you are looking for a new dentist!

Me and my husband have been seeing Dr. Helsby for two years. They have good service, friendly caregivers, and Dr. Helsby himself has been recognized in the best dentists list. I have bad teeth and needed to get several cavities done. They have state of the art technology in their office when they can digital image your tooth and make custom crowns on spot. Well worth it! I would recommend him to everyone for good price and quality service.

The Helsbys are great Dentists! My family and I have been seeing then for years and weve all got healthier teeth to show for it, the staff is great all around, beautiful office as well.
