This dental office has got to be, hands down, the best office I have ever been to in my whole life! From reception through to the dentist, each person is professional, very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Im not sure which positions Michele and Cece hold, but it really doesnt matter because they both do their jobs with grace and efficiency. My first introduction to this practice was Tammy. She immediately did all she could to help me and make me feel comfortable. Finally, I am proud to call Dr. Jyoti Kansal my dentist. I am positive that if I had Dr. Kansal when I was a young person, my teeth would be healthy. However, she wasnt my dentist until now. Visiting a dentist is never easy, but Dr. Kansals honed skills in dentistry, and her ability to put patients, like me, at ease is, in my opinion, rare. When a whole office such as Coast Dental in Deltona, Florida works so well as a team with the goal of bringing quality to patient care, this office is a keeper. I highly recommend Coast Dental especially for those who are nervous and downright scared. You will be pleasantly surprised! The services they provide go above and beyond! I am extremely satisfied with the care that they provide! Thank you, Coast Dental, for giving me back my smile as painlessly as possible!

Love Love Love the office staff here. They work with you will everything. The doctor they have right now (Latulippe) is another story though. She is a self centered, egotistical pompous person. I have been a patient for years and had an emergency come up, and she left promptly at 1600 knowing I was there with exposed nerves and said she would see me again in June ! Its May! Thankfully the office staff hooked me up after she left. Tracy called the other coast dentals in the area to get me in the next day in Orange City. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Lindsey set me up with a care credit plan years ago to make sure I am able to get all the dental work I need and can pay monthly to make it happen. (I have some serious dental work needed) Krystal the dental hygienist is fun. She is very down to earth and makes sure you leave with your mouth feeling so fresh and so clean ! (sing it you know you want to) Seriously though the staff in the front and the assistants Linda and others are really good. The building is clean but the dang dentist right now is ruining all the good vibes and positive mojo atmosphere they have going. I would totally recommend going here once they have the new dentist this summer some time !

I went in for a cleaning and was rejected and informed that if I were to do a basic cleaning I must first pay over $250 for another cleaning procedure before I can get a "regular cleaning" done. I refused and went to pay the $23 fee for the xrays (that my insurance apparently didnt cover and was charged $95! I managed to get a refund almost a week later even though I was told it would take 24hrs. I also find it appalling that the appointment was made in advance, but due to their over booking procedures, I had only partial treatment and was told I was to return another time because the person who had an appointment AFTER me was given priority. During my initial wait there was a gentleman that only spoke spanish and though the receptionist could speak and understand spanish, she didnt offer any assistance to him to ensure his paperwork was completed properly. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the next dentist I go to I wont have to have xrays done, since I already paid for them at this place.

There should be an option for zero stars. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. As an established client, I figured I would call this office first when I had a dental emergency. I was not aware that they had a "no answer/no call back" office procedure. I called them a total of five times and left two voice mails. No one ever returned my calls. After two days of waiting, I called another dentist. On another note, when I was at this office on a prior occasion I was charged $25.00 (by Christine) for a gum infection mouth rinse which I saw at Wal-Mart several days later with a price tag of $4.00!! Needless to say, please save your money, time, and teeth, by staying away from this deceitful and incompetent dental office.

Went in and had my last three teeth on the bottom pulled and got a new set of dentures Feb of 2016 and now a year later I still can not wear new dentures cause they are way to big and I was not informed that I had sever bone loss in lower jaw and lower dentures would not fit. So why did they pull the teeth. Why was I not informed of this. Now I need a bone implant that I have no insurance for and a set of dentures I cant wear. I have lost weight due to not being able to eat a meal in over a year now. Now the pain in my lower jaw has spread from ear to ear. I would never recommend them and I am seeking legal help before I fade away to nothing. Thanks for making my life harder than it was before I came to you. ZERO STARS

AWESOME! The staff and Dr. Jyoti (Jo) are so kind and patient, I have a huge fear of dentist, they understood and are taking excellent care of me. I would recommend to anyone needing dental work to go to this office! You wont be sorry! They take all the time needed to explain everything, Im just so very impressed and pleased with my choice! Michelle was my tech and she did a great job too. Ex rays have never been so easy for me. Thank you to the entire staff! Elane

One appointment has been resceduled 4 times, they call and say they need to reschedule because they wont have a hygenist there, you would think that they could schedule their hygenist to be there when they accept the appointment. To make it even better I waited 4 months for this appoinment while waiting for the new dentist to transition into the office. Really somebody in the office should get it together

We were both very happy with the dental care we got at Coast Dental in Deltona...very helpful and friendly staff that took the time to calculate the differences in various insurance plans to make sure I was getting the most for my money. Very happy about not being pressured into getting work done. Would recommend them for all kinds of dental work and will be back.

I went in with a horrible tooth ache and the dr told me she wasnt strong enough to remove my tooth are you serious, I took the day off work for this and she did absolutely nothing to help me, no antibiotics or anything. ,u mom also had a bad experience with these people and told me not to go there is should have listened

They dont do anything but clean your teeth and try to up sell unnecessary crap. When they refer you, it is always 30 miles away so that they dont have local competition. 1 star is too high, just like their prices. If you like to buy a new car every 6 months, you will love this place, otherwise, not so much.
