What a great experience going to New Era Dentistry! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Ambiance of the clinic is very homely and well maintained. Hygienist Emily did my teeth cleaning and Id say that I never had such an amazing teeth cleaning treatment before. Dr. Arora was also very sweet and nice. She thoroughly looked at my teeth, answered all my questions and provided wonderful consultation for the Invisalign treatment. Overall, it was a very satisfactory experience. I would recommend Dr. Arora and her staff to everyone!

Being new to the area, I went to the closest dentist I could find. That was my fault, because this was one of the worse Dentist I have met. Dr. Kiran Arora must have dollar signs on her eyes, because she did not come across as very ginuine and was more focused on recommending a treatment that I did not need. I went to get a second exam (at my own expense) with a more experienced Dentist to get a second opinion. They confirmed that my gums were very healthy. Anyway - I would NOT recommend this Dentist. Go somewhere else.

My son and I visit this place and great customer service, very friendly staff and they always remind me when our appt is. Great with kids, my son visited another place and was scared to go see a dentist and Dr. Arora made him feel comfortable and she let me back there with him. Would recommend this place to anyone including kids! Thanks for the great experience please keep up the good work. We need more places like this!

What a Great Dentisit!!!! Dr. Arora and her staff are kind, courteous and understanding. A very warm atmosphere. I had a lot of apprehension about seeing a dentist. Dr. Arora worked with me to ease the fear. Her staff explained the details of my treatment plan to me and gave me payment options, if needed. I would recommend this office to anyone, they make going to the dentist a breeze!

I asked what the charges for a cleaning and xray would be and was quoted a fair rate "unless gingivitis is found." Beware of this. I declined the $1500 treatment for gingivitis and found that it was not serious upon visiting another dentist. While gum disease is an issue not to be ignored, there are steps you can take without spending this much money.

All my family has gone to New Era and we absolutely loved it! Dr. Arora and her staff have been so patient and calm with all my children and they absolutely love going to see her. All of the staff at New Era are warm, inviting and straight forward with your dental needs. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone who is in need of a dentist.
