Tried to call when they "opened" at 8am and the receptionist did not answer until 8:30. In excruciating pain, I hoped to make an emergency appointment (for which they advertise on their website in multiple locations) and was immediately informed that an appointment was not available for the next two days and that was where the conversation had ended for her. I understand that sometimes appointments are unavailable but a look past the next couple days might have been worth a try. That is, a look at all would have been appreciated. All in all the duration of the phone call lasted about a rude 15 seconds. The receptionist made me feel as though I was being a terrible inconvenience.

I cant say enough good things about South University Dental Associates! I had a crown come off the other day, I drove right to their office and was in having my crown put back on within 30 minutes. They checked their records and I was due for an exam in about two months so Dr. Samuel did right then since I was there. Great service and great people. I would not hesitate to recommend them and Dr. Samuel anytime!

Excellent! From the front office staff to Pam Jochim, the hygienist, and Dr. Samuelson continue to provide me with highly professional and reasonably priced services. I was served by Dr. Fellman in this office for many years and since he retired I have been very pleased Dr. Samuelson continues in Dr. Fellmans tradition of excellence. Location is handy to most and theres plenty of free and easy parking.

I have never had an experience like this before at the dentist. Front office gals got me right into a chair, Assistant tory took the time to make me feel comfortable and identified all problem areas. Dr. Samuels is a true pro, no fat fingers. He was able to answer all my questions and tell me what I should know. Great experience, think Ill take up taffy to see them again soon.

I have used South University Dental since I moved to town in the 90s. They have also done all the dental work on my children. The staff is friendly and efficient and the dentists are amazing. You can prefer a certain dentist or, like me, just take whomever is available at the time of the appointment. Everyone is so pleasant. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The staff at South University Dental are super friendly and make the whole experience enjoyable. Nobody likes to go to the dentist but going here made me look forward to wanting to go back! They also explained everything very well and thoroughly so youre not just sitting there wondering what jibberish they are talking about your teeth.

I have been coming to this office for most of my life. The dentists and the dental hygienists are always professional in everything they do. They make you feel comfortable, do a fantastic job, and are always friendly and happy to serve you. Dr. Samuel and Pam are very gentle and thorough in their dental assessments. Great office.

I have awful teeth and an awful fear of going to the dentist. Thats not a good combination! But everybody at South University Dental is so extremely kind! Truly amazingly nice. They put me at ease and fixed my teeth so well it has been nothing short of life changing. I cant say enough good things about everyone there!

Id been having some issues, and growing concerns. They fit me in the same day I called, and checked everything out. They checked everything out, provided some reassurance and a reasonable plan. Managed to NOT make me feel that I had inconvenienced them by getting squeezed into a full schedule. Grateful...Thanks

I love this dentist office! Everyone is very friendly and professional from the front desk to hygienists and the dentists. I have been going to Dr. Samuel for a couple years now and the hygienist I see is Molly. I would recommend both of them but have heard only great things about the rest of the staff as well.

I had a great appt today! The office recognized me right away and welcomed me back in a friendly, inviting way!! Then, when I went into the chair, they fixed my tooth without my appt being about that tooth. He squeezed me in and it was done in a jiffy. Now I feel I can smile proudly! They are awesome!!!!!!!!!!

Ive seen Pam as my dental hygienist for many years and she not only does a great job of cleaning my teeth and preserving my gums, but she is always cheerful. Once when I needed to get to the other end of town on my bicycle and did not have enough time, she actually gave me a ride!

The quality of care and professionalism of everyone I came in touch with was excellent. As with many of us, I do not enjoy the thought of going to the dentist and procrastinated for way too long. These people are pros and will take care of you even if you are delinquent like me!

Every time I visit, I feel like they care about me and my family. They do an amazing job with kids. Dr. Samuel worked so well when filling my sons first cavity. There was no squirming or tears. South University Dental is the best.

Fantastic staff! I love my dentist and hygienist. But you really need to work on getting people in closer to the time they make their appointment. Running 20 minutes + late is not being considerate of your clients schedule.
