Normally, I dont witness to things that Im ashamed of, but I cannot allow this confession to go unheard or unseen of. I visited Dr. Patel for a normal checkup (need I say I was over two years expired) and we discussed my cleaning and the health of my gums. Dr. Patel then asked "How do you like your smile?" I explained, I like it, but there is one thing I dont like about it and that was....the way my teeth developed due to a mysterious illness as a child. The illness caused my teeth to have a brittle appearance and over the years, my enamel was thinning. It was so embarrassing as an adult and heartbroken as a child since I was teased about my teeth. Ive visited several dentist in the state of Arkansas (Native) and Texas, but was told nothing could be done...until I met Dr. Patel. After Dr. Patel repaired my teeth, I feel comfortable about telling my story and most of all my CONFIDENCE level has increased!!! Need I say more?? Words cannot fully express the experience I had with Dr. Patel and his staff. They were very helpful, professional, understanding and help build my CONFIDENCE with their overall performance!!! I would recommend anyone to go see Dr. Patel and his staff at Prosper Smiles especially people like me who were told nothing can be done. I have attached before and after pics please review.

Let me start by saying I am no stranger to the Dentist, my whole life I have had issues with my teeth (2 root canals by 14 and an implant 2 years ago). We moved to TX 18 months ago and I finally decided it was time to go in for a check up. I chose Dr. Patel because he is an in network provider for my insurance and we are moving up to Prosper soon. The office is nice with a clean waiting room and gaming system for kids and TVs with Netflix in the procedure rooms. The staff was very friendly and everyone was having fun at work which is something I really appreciate. Overall my experience was great and Dr. Patel is very personable and straight forward with his assessment. I had one major cavity, it was easy to see in the picture and part of why I had waited 18 months to go to the Dentist! With that I have already made two visits and got my crown placed yesterday. No joke it is the best fitting crown I have ever had. I would recommend Prosper Smiles to anyone in the area.

We just moved to Prosper from Frisco. We really were not happy with our Frisco dentist so we were ready for a change. My son needed to get a baby tooth pulled because they dont fall out on their own and it was causing him discomfort. We got right in with Dr. Patel. The front desk lady was very friendly and nice. My son was very nervous because at his last dentist when they pulled his teeth it was very painful and he would be bruised up and in pain for a few days after the procedure. Dr. Patel did such a good job that my son didnt feel a thing! My son didnt even feel Dr. Patel numbing his mouth because he distracted my son by talking to him!! My son was even asking if his tooth was out when Dr. Patel said he was done. It was such a relief not to see my son in pain during the visit and bruised up after. I highly recommend Prosper Smiles Family Dentistry!

We just moved in from Germany and we needed to look for a new dentist. With no experience what so ever I just followed the Google search and found dr Patel office. We are all still trying to understand the way us health assurance is working and how things work. And because of us not really being familiar with how things work we need more time before we decide to do any procedures. The doctors office front desk lady she is in this matter very professional, by not pushing, and she explains us what and how the costs are covered with the assurance. Thank you for your support and time! We all feel very happy to be your patients. My girls were feeling very comfortable with you!

In 2013 I had a significant dental issue, and no regular dentist since our insurance had changed. I had recently heard of Prosper Smiles opening in the area, and they got me in quickly. Not only was Dr. Patel able to resolve the pain, he treated me with care and concern... not only for this issue but for my overall dental health. Due to the level of professionalism and results obtained on that first visit, Im glad to say that Prosper Smiles is now THE dental office for me. Awesome staff, great environment & technology, and incredible results. I recommend Prosper Smiles and Dr. Patel for anyone looking for a Dentist in the area.

What do I look for in my dentist? Professional, patient focused, immaculate office conditions, great support staff, etc. Dr. Patel and staff have exceed my expectations. In particular Ive had one tooth that had been bothering me from time to time and my previous dentist said nothing was wrong. Dr. Patel found the problem pretty quickly. Unfortunately, I need a crown replaced! Now Ive have crowns done before but this was much different. If I didnt know better, I would not have guessed I had just had a crown replaced, no pain at all and no pain killer needed. Thank you Dr. Patel.

My name is Ernesto E. Chinchilla: My wife and I moved recently to Prosper TX from the Austin TX area, where we had a dentist there for over 20 years. Prior to that we spent 27 years in the North East (Connecticut and Massachusetts) and consequently we had a dentist in those areas also but no one as efficient as Dr. Patel. I have to say that in all the years of my adult life I have never seen a more professional atmosphere than Dr Patels office; his staff is very friendly and ready to help. I will recommend his practice very highly.

Dr. Patel and his staff are awesome! In the past, I dreaded going to the dentist but Dr. Patel made the experience as pleasant as it could possibly be. He is genuinely caring and explains each procedure thoroughly. Very little pain during my procedures and relaxed environment. The office even called to check on me the next day. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and Prosper Smiles!

Great dentist, Dr. Patel and his staff actually care about their patients. We had a previous dentist that only cared about getting our money, then falling off the map when there was an issue. It had been a while since I had any major dental work done, so I was a little apprehensive. No problem at all and with almost zero discomfort. Not how I remembered it. Thank you.

We had to go in as my daughter chipped her tooth playing tennis. Dr.Patel did a great job and she is totally happy with her smile! Since then, the complete family has switched over to Dr.Patel. Getting an appointment is easy as they are available both before and after school if necessary. Also the location just opposite Reynolds middle school, is very convenient.

Dr Patel and his staff are professional and helpful, they could not be more accommodating while myself, and my four children had checks ups as new patients at his office. We are new to Texas and Im happy to say, weve found our family dentist with Prosper Smiles! Would definitely recommend Dr Patel and his friendly staff! :)
