I tried to make an appointment for my 2 boys, ages 14 and 17. They have school during the week, so I thought I could get an appointment on a day that the office was open until 6:00. I was told that the latest appointment for a new patient was 2:00. All I needed was to get their teeth cleaned and maybe some x-rays. Does this really take 4 hours??????? They insisted that 2:00 was the latest appointment they could take. Ill need to look elsewhere because of their inflexibility.

Just had my first appointment and it was a fantastic experience. Ive never had a dentist be that thorough and conscientious. They were very nice, very, very fast!, responsive to my questions, and explained everything before they did anything. Great interface with my Costco/Delta dental insurance as well. Nice and brand new, and impeccably clean. Truly a wonderful experience -- recommend them highly.

Wonderful staff and the dentist was very patient and knowledgeable. They did a great job reviewing the costs of my procedure before the procedure started. Other offices Ive been to the dentist made a brief appearance and left everything to the assistants. I was pleasantly surprised to get a thorough check up from the dentist before and after my cleaning.

Ive been to this dentist office several times for several different things and Ive been very happy every time. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They are clearly well educated and do a great job of passing it along to me. The modern tools they use make procedures as comfortable as possible. I would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Alexander is an amazing dentist! Had some pain from a procedure another dentist performed at a different office, and she was able to fix in one visit (when the other office tried to multiple times without success)! Her new office is beautiful and inviting. I definitely tell all my friends and family about coming here!

Very good experience with this office including the scheduling, pre-appt paperwork, office visit, and billing. The staff and dentists are friendly and the office is nice and modern. They take the time to explain what is going on. They seem to care about their patients!
