I had a broken front tooth repaired on an emergency basis. I was very grateful they took me in quickly and could see me the same day. But it turns out Dr. Stinson did poor quality work. She repaired the tooth but when she was done it was rough and thin and there were several shallow groves in it. And it broke again five days later as I gently bit into a piece of toast. It broke exactly the same way it had before, along the original break line. I could not get into see them because they were closed on Saturday so I had to go to another dentist to have it repaired. Because of the circumstances I called them on Monday to ask for a refund but I was told that they couldnt do anything unless she examined me first, but since I had already had it repaired that was useless. They refused to refund me the money. The other problem I encountered was her attitude. She was not willing to listen to me and my concerns. She discounted what I had to say and made me feel like she didnt care about what I had to say. She could not express herself clearly and got frustrated when I did not understand her meaning and asked clarifying questions. I will not go back to that clinic.

Received a coupon in the mail for a $29.00 cleaning, x-rays and special rinse. I knew they would be trying to sell me more services but I also expected to receive services as advertised.....They did a bunch of x-rays and recommended since I had had periodontal disease 25 years ago that I needed special treatments. I have had NO problems since then and have kept up regular visits with the dentist.. I had no cavities or problems but they would not clean my teeth, even though I only needed a basic cleaning. They would reschedule me to have my teeth cleaned at a later date....at an additional fee. What a rip-off......beware.

Ended leaving without being seen sat in the waiting room for an hour and when I asked the OFFICE MANAGER how much more longer she was clueless and proceeded to tell me that itll be another 45 minutes for me to be seen by the orthodontist which is funny because I wasnt there for the orthodontist. Then she told me that she has no idea how much more longer to been seen for a toothache which is wrong again because my visit was for an exam, cleaning, & whitening. Told her to cancel my appointment and will be changing my primary dentist.

Let me start by saying I hate going to the dentist, but I loved every minute of my experience at Monarch Dental. They had a beautiful, kind, courteous and very professional staff. They made me feel like family. All procedures were done with extreme care and patience and my results are amazing. I will recommend Monarch Dental to anyone looking for a family oriented dental office with service of excellent quality and wonderful staff that exemplifies a good/caring work ethic. 5 out of 5 stars in my book!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went in because of an advertised promo. Their desk clerk initially told me my insurance would actually cover it for free, but it turned out it would just go toward my deductible. (They were able to fix it and I just did the promo deal.) But they werent able to do some more advanced work that I needed, and it was rather impersonal with docs being rotated through a bit too much, I think. And you do need to be careful what services you consent to, so as to not spend too much.

WOW! Ive been going to these guys for about 5 years. Spent $$$! Well, I got new job, new insurance. I leave the NEW dentist office this morning being told that the work I had done needs to be corrected! Basically the work previously done was crappy! I have filings that are hanging over my teeth, which may cause me to get cavities underneath!! I was then told (previous employee) that this MONARCH is notorious for crappy work!! PLEASE dont go here, save your money!

Man it sucks here. If u go here stay away from the black woman with black Glasses. I went to mint dentistry and got treated good there and they are inexpensive . Im not bring my family here. They rush you and they are rude. Trust me dont go. Mint dentistry is the best. Plus get to see movies or music and a massage chair. Private. I love it there. The people who is writing the reviews the work there. Place sucks.no stars

Honestly the most friendly people ever! All the employees there were so kind and actually tried to interact with their patients to get to know at least a little about them. Also, it was a huge help having Charlette there to help translate for my mother so she could know about the procedures being done on my younger siblings. Yall dont miss out Dr. Stimpson is the best!

Being a patient at this Monarch office made me right at home! The hygienist did a great job making sure that patients were comfortable. I almost fell asleep during the procedure. She explained whatever she was about to do. Its almost like she was teaching a class as she cleaned my teeth. This place deserves 5/5 stars for the service it gives! Ill be back soon!

Service at Monarch Dental in Duncanville was superb! The team was fast, friendly, and very efficient. The staff made my children feel very comfortable and welcomed. This place is outstanding. I have had numerous root canals, a bridge, and fillings done here. The staff is friendly and the doctor explains procedures clearly. I definitely recommend this dentist. The work is very well done, thorough, and the doctor is attentive and the staff is very professional.

If i could rate a zero, i would. I started taking my sons there in February and called today to schedule a visit and was told they have no dentist right now. Soooo inconvenient! Also, our intial visit took forever for just cleanings and fillings. Changing dentists asap.
