Being somewhat new to Oak Cliff, I wasnt sure which dentist to use, so I went to see Dr. Penn, and I wasnt disappointed. The moment I walked into Dr. Penns office, I was greeted by his super-friendly staff, and they made me feel right at home. Dr. Penn himself is also extremely friendly and explained the options and procedures to me in plain English. All pricing was upfront, so there were no surprises when it was time for me to pay my bill (very helpful since I dont have dental insurance). The procedure was painless, and Dr. Penn answered all my questions. And the politeness didnt stop once the procedure was over. The billing receptionist was very friendly and answered additional questions I had. This was easily the best dental experience Ive ever had, and thats why Dr. Penn is now MY dentist. So if you want to be treated like a real person and not just another mouth, it would greatly benefit you to give Dr. Penn and his staff a try. You wont regret it. P.S. Is it just me or does Dr. Penn look kind of like a younger Paul McCartney?

Gary Penn and his staff are awesome !! I recommend anybody to go see him if you have a problem with your teeth. I had a toothache a couple of weeks ago and I was in so much pain. A friend of mine referred me to Gary Penn. He explain the procedure and the cost. He took care of the pain and answer all my questions professionally. I will defiantly go back to him, for now on I consider him my dentist. Thank you Gary Penn, Stephanie and Sara I feel so much better. Im looking forward to my next visit. :-)

I used to be skeptical of going to the dentist, until I started going to Dr. Penn! He and his staff are absolutely wonderful! Whether youve been there once, or a hundred times, they treat you like youre the most important patient! As long as hes there, I wont go anywhere!!

Dr. Penn and a MOST caring and skilled Staff are TOPS. They aeemingly work as a synergistic team for their customers/patients best benifits. Their SKILLS are among the best in Dallas. Iv witness the results of some of his patients and they were well satisfied.
