The office manager, Niosha, greets you with a beautiful smile and pleasant voice. Then, she is extremely knowledgeable in regards to all insurance and explained step by step the process of the treatment plans. Everything is clarified and made simple. I felt guilty that she did all of the legwork for me while I was at the office, but she was so efficient and saved me days with the entire process. Now, I look forward to visiting the dental office and especially seeing Niosha.... And receiving great dental treatment!

The dentist is very good. The front office is disorganized and not very accommodating. I had an appointment at 9:20am. I didnt get called to a treatment room until 11:10 am. Then, though they gave me the treatment plan a week ago, they didnt seem to know why I was there if I paid or not and appointments obviously mean nothing.... It wasnt until I finally saw the dentist that I was assured that at least he knew what treatment I was there for. I am on the fence about going back.

Ive been coming to this office for years even though there are others much closer to where I live. The office staff is always pleasant and professional, and the dental staff is superb. This visit was especially awesome because my 14-yr-old, who hates needles, learned that she would be numbed. The staff was patient and kind as they successfully calmed her down. This is why I continue to drive the distance to come to this office.

awful awful awful awful dentistry! AVOID AT ALL COST. TOTALLY RIPPED ME OFF. STAFF was friendly but services were tragic. in the middle of the hood! if you read this and still go, youre not gonna be happy. any good reviews on here were made up by someone on the inside of their company. I promise you the person that says this is a good facility is a part of their company paid to lie for the company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went in for a routine check and cleaning. After the checkup they diagnosed me with periodontitis and presented me with a bill of over $900 after the portion my insurance would cover. They refused to do a cleaning until after I had undergone their recommended treatment. I went to another nearby dental office for a second opinion and encountered no such problems. I will not be returning to Monarch Dental.

Immediately when you call and walk into the facility you are greeted with a smile. The service at this location is beyond outstanding. I have committed to bringing my entire family to this location. All three of my children felt very comfortable with the entire staff. Two of them had procedures and didnt feel a thing. 100 thumbs up for this office.

I have always been hesitant to visit the dentist, but in a time of need, the office manager eased my tensions by fully explaining the importance of regular visits as well as my payment options which didnt hurt either. Ive found a home for all my future dental needs, thanks!!!
