I was referred to Root Canal by our family dentist for my 10 year old daughter. I must admit I was a bit apprehensive at first but my child was in so much pain so I decided to call and Im so glad that I did. The very first phone call with the Root Canal staff put my nerves at ease. I asked lots of questions and the young lady that I was speaking with never made me feel like I was bothering her, I never felt rushed through our conversation and she gave me thorough answers to my questions. She assured me that she could take care of my daughter and that they have worked with children my daughters age and a bit younger as well. When heading to the location I didnt put the directional in the GPS because I saw the address self populate after typing a few key characters which turned out to be an address in Garland I think. However, I called and the staff totally understood and they told me what to do and they said it happens all of the time and they directed me to the location. Lastly the entire staff especially the dentist was amazing. My daughter was walked through everything they did to her. They spoke to her like a human being and they showed her much respect. She didnt cry 1 time. The kept her comfortable. She watched TV and just had a smooth transition back into her normal routine. I love ROOT CANAL. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO SOMEONE ELSE. I called a week ahead to schedule for an eval and they called be back 3 days prior to my appointment and gave me an estimate of how much it would be and that they could do my root canal that same day. Ive never been to any dentist that can do an hour long procedure the same day so I was really excited about that. Throughout the procedure they kept me informed and made sure I was comfortable. The dentist and dentists assistant were attentive and took multiple x-rays to make sure my root was completely cleaned out. I appreciate their timeliness and attentiveness from beginning to the end. Also, they had monitors on the ceiling so I was enjoying Moana and Secret Life of Pets as I was getting the procedure done :D

My daughter has a very high anxiety level when it comes to needles, but the nurse Jessica was very passionate and dedicated to making her feel comfortable during the procedure. The staff were friendly and professional. The dentist was very passionate, clean, and reassuring to the importance of dental health care. My daughter was happy with the whole experience. Thank you all for your hospitality and compassion. I will highly recommend anyone to this office if you need a root canal. Sincerely, a very happy mother.

My 14 year old went for a root canal today. Dr. U & staff were absolutely amazing & very professional. My daughter was extremely high level anxiety & they made her feel very comfortable. She was well taken care of and felt absolutely NO PAIN whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this place! Good job Dr. U & staff! Absolutely amazing. Thank you so much.

The fist time Ive been to root canal and they were awsome!!!!!! the dentist that worked on my sons teeth was fast very friendly and very careful. And the staff their so friendly and kind.its a very good place to be. And also you dont have to wait 3 hour im so going back
